My husband and I just returned home from staying at the Aria Hotel for 4 nights in Prague for our honeymoon. Prague was a perfect choice for us to end our three-country trip! We used the hotel's chauffer to take us to and from the airport and the drivers were very friendly. Our check-in process was outstanding as the woman at the front desk was very informative and helpful. We also took advantage of our free welcome drink upon arrival. The hotel itself is located in a very nice part of Prague and is very close (walking distance) to most of the main sights to see, including the Charles Bridge, the downtown square, and Prague Castle. It rained part of each day of our stay, but the hotel had large umbrellas available for guests to use. The hotel has an amazing private garden in the back, with beautiful views of the city. I personally loved the large aviary on the bottom level of the garden that housed multiple species of little birds. Another plus at the hotel was that our room rate included breakfast. The Aria Hotel had a wonderful spread of food for us each morning, including pastries, breads and jams, fruit, cheese, etc. Also included was coffee, lattes, cappucinos, mimosas and eggs prepared to our liking. A+! Overall, the hotel grounds were in fabulous shape and the employees provide top notch customer service. We will definitely stay at the Aria Hotel if we visit Prague again in the future.

I stayed in Prague for 6 nights and it was the best city break that I ever experienced. Prague is a charming city with lots to see, so having a comfortable hotel was very important for me. This hotel perfectly situated; a 5 min walk to the market square, 2 mins from the Namesty Republiky metro station (yellow line), a 5 min walk to a Lidl (that closes at 9pm) and near the Palladium shopping mall (which closes at 11pm). I had a room on the 7th floor which had a stunning view of the Tyn church, Petrin Hill and the Cathedral. Without a doubt, the extra cost was very much worth the view. All of the hotel staff were very helpful although I did a lot of my own research about Prague before my visit. Breakfast was delicious; everything from a cold buffet to a full english breakfast. There was also the option of an a la carte menu (omelettes / eggs made to order) but the buffet was enough of a choice. I'd like to thank the staff for their hard work to make this hotel a joy to stay in. A perfect sleep in a perfect hotel, within a perfect setting. I'll certainly be back! :)

This hotel and staff were GREAT. The staff were SO helpful and friendly. Breakfast was awesome. The taxi ride from the airport to the hotel had me somewhat frazzled given all the bad stories about the shenanigans of cab drivers and it also didn't help that the route to the hotel was through narrow alley roads with graffiti covered buildings but after we checked in and walked outside, we were wondering why there were so many pedestrians and discovered that Ventana is centrally located, pretty much in the Old Town Square. The hotel is adjacent to Tyn Church. The hotel could not be better located and yet inside our room, it was still quiet. Our travel companions stayed at the Four Seasons and the Mandarin Oriental but we paid a whole lot less for Ventana and breakfast was included unlike at the Four Seasons or Mandarin Oriental.

This hotel is by far one of the best I've been to yet. The staff was really pleasing and very accommodating. The room was very clean and well arranged, even though it was a bit small. The bathroom was especially clean, which is something I always watch for. The location of the hotel was INCREDIBLE! A walking distance to ALL of the tourist attractions in Prague. The breakfast buffet is also a must! We were fortunate enough that it was included in our booking. Very courteous waiting staff as well. Did not get a chance to try their spa though, but I'm sure it would have been good as well.
