I have traveled all over the world and have never have experienced some wonderful care & service. I felt like I was home. The staff were so caring and friendly. The hotel was amazingly gorgeous. They have kept the mexican tradition alive in this hotel. They have a lady that comes on a daily basis and makes tortillas for the guests. The food was five star. I can go on and on. Amazing!

This resort is truly exceptional. I highly recommend it for anyone and everyone! It's romantic and lovely for couples. We are a small family and really appreciated how warm and baby-friendly the services and staff are. It was a perfect family vacation. The property is immaculately maintained.

We enjoyed playing the golf course, the greens were a little hard to putt on. Enjoyed our boat rides and the boat drivers were well informed about the area and sights. Everyone was helpful and friendly.

We've been to several places in Riviera Maya over the years, and this one beats them all by a far distance! Though it helps that we were alone as a couple (no kids), and that they gave us a free room upgrade (thanks to booking through Expedia), the place is absolutely fantastic. We actually had to make up a list of things to complain about, such as "the sun is too bright" and "the wind on the palm trees is too loud" so that we would not be gushing about it finding no fault. But the place, the room, the beach, the food, the service, and the overall experience is absolutely fantastic. There is no buffet, all is a la carte menus, food is freshly prepared, menus are creative and delicious, portions are reasonably small. People are super friendly, helpful, and service is impeccable. You definitely get what you pay for, and then some.

Pros: beautiful resort, amazing beach, infinity pools, totally all inclusive luxury, not like other resorts where they add little things to your bill. 5 restaurants to choose from, the sushi at Azia is delicious! The grill has great steaks, good wine selection (house wine is free and good quality). Adults only, no screaming kids, room service included, even breakfast in bed. Great shows and activities.
Cons: men have to dress up for most of the restaurants, long pants, collared shirts (my husband is more relaxed), the entertainment ends pretty early.
Overall amazing experience, we were able to 100% relax and leave our stress at home. We will be back again for sure!
