Spent only 2 nights at this hotel but would gladly stay even longer. The rooms, kitchenette and everything else was great. Especially the laundry washer/dryer combo! The staff was very nice and friendly. We were there with two children (9 and 13) - they also enjoyed the hotel.

"Spotless hotel with a warm welcome. "
This was our 2nd stay. It was my partners 50th birthday celebration and the hotel went to a lot of effort! We were given bubbly and a chocolate birthday cake- unexpectedly. The rooms are spotless and adequate, but there is no bath. The bed was extremely comfortable and there is daily laundry service. My only request would be to have some fresh milk in the room fridge instead of UHT . The coffee at breakfast needed to be hotter and less strong, but the staff were more than willing to help. Superb hotel, will definitely be going back! Maxine, Ipswich Suffolk
