“Aarhus best hotel”

Excellent location, within walking distance of shopping centre and station. Polite and courteous staff at the hotel/bar.

Modern hotel, centrally placed. Our room looked as if it has recently been refurbuished in a Japasnese style and was very clean and tidy.

Terrific breakfast and very helpful staff. Minor issues with room cleaning -may not be general.

“Nice hotel, but room for improvement.”

The hotel is located in a very convenient location (bus from airport takes you straight there) and overall is an excellent business hotel with great, impressive lobby and beautiful atrium. The rooms leave a lot to be desired though. Shower was only lukewarm, no hot water, and the bedding was old, uncomfortable, and not very good quality. Also, no robes or little extra touches that would have added character. The rest of the hotel (exterior, lobby, bar, atrium, meeting rooms) is much nicer than its rooms.

“Best place to stay in Aarhus!”

The main thing to know when booking at this hotel there is a 5 block walk from the train station drop to the hotel. While this is not a hard walk it is something to plan for as far as luggage and time of day. The staff was great and very helpful. The breakfast was abundent and rooms clean and nice. Would not plan on eating meals other than breakfast at the hotel as there is little variety. If I ever find myself in that area of the world again, this is definately the place to stay! An easy walk or bus ride from anything you would want or need in the city :)

“Smart Scandinavian style”

This is a smart,modern hotel, very close to the town centre and a short walk from the canal and shopping area. Lots of glass and clean, simple styling make it a smart and comfortable place to stay. The staff are friendly and helpful, and the room we had was a fairly standard 4 star hotel room, but clean and welcoming all the same. As with all things in Denmark, its not the cheapest place to stay, and there are lots of "hidden" extra costs...like car parking and access to the gym. The buffet style breakfasts were good and varied, and when included in the cost represent good value for money. Next time I go back to Aarhus, I would stay at the hotel again and recommend to others as well.

“Expensive Breakfast”

I found the hotel exactly as I would expect for a hotel in the Radisson chain. My package did not include breakfast and I though that the price for breakfast much too expensive however good it might be. I therefore went to the supermarket nearby and bought enough food for 4 breakfasts for a lot less money. Reception staff were very helpful when I needed emergency dental treatment, findiing a dentist and booking an appointment for me.

“Not very clean”

The hotel wasn't what I epect from a Radisson hotel. The hotel itself was quiet and well positioned, but the room had barely been cleaned between guests and was crying out for refurbishment. Not good value for money.

“Problems with room”

I booked due to low price and belief a Radisson would be comfortable and clean. However, one of the two bed comforters was not clean, which is very surprising in Denmark. Although it was cool outside, the room was almost 80 degrees at night. The air-conditioner did not work; the hotel would not supply a fan; the window was small and was not able to cool the room even open. Sleeping was difficult. Location okay but next time I go to Aarhus I'll select an older more charming hotel in city center.
