“Exceeded Expectations”

The location was excellent. Close to the train station and most bus routes in the city. Museums, shopping, and dining all in walking distance. Very nice breakfast. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. If I have cause to return to Aarhus, I wouldn't consider staying anywhere else.

Really good hotel, excellent location to walk to all the points of interest there. Pretty modern decorated rooms, breakfest really good and complete. Good and free parking area. A lot of shops and pedestrian areas near by. Defenetly recomend it.

“Excellent accomodations for business travel”

Excellent accomodations for business travel. Very quiet for a great location in the center of town within walking distance to all major attractions. Breakfast buffet was outstanding. Views slightly obstructed by scaffolding.

“Top customer service, shabby accomodations”

While the staff were competent, friendly and ready to help, the room itself was nothing near a three-star hotel and not worth the money. The bathroom, while clean, had obiously not been updated since the 1960's. Furthermore, there were no electrical outlets in the bathroom, which made shaving and hairdrying a challenge. The room furnishings were also shabby and the walls in need of a fresh coat of paint. However, there are two positives additional to the service: convenient location across from the Aarhus train station and a diverse breakfast buffet.
