The hotel is centrally located and was good in every respect, but one. I was catching an early train and asked for a wake-up call. It never came. Fortunately, I was awake anyway so the slip-up did not cause a problem. I mentioned the matter when clearing my account; the receptionist checked and the call had been booked so she concluded that the failure was due to some system malfunction which she would report. The matter was dealt with reasonably, although I would not have been happy had I missed my train.
