Worn

Posted Jul 25, 2015
The hotel, much like all the businesses we visited, was worn and not kept up. The young lady who checked us in was uninspired and the floors and walls were banged up and old. The room, wasn't bad... But it wasn't good. Dust on the ceiling fan and no AC. I was shocked to find the window opened completely with no screen. If the new ownership makes an investment in replacing the old carpet and fixing the banged up walls ... It would be a recommended place.

Pros: The breakfast were good.
The Hotel staff was great, but the house keeping staff were not as good. We were there for 4 days and almost each day there was something that the house keeping staff missed. When we go there, the hide-a-bed in the couch was not made and the bedding was from the previous tenant. Second day they missed collecting our used towels.

This was a nice hotel. We got the Seattle paper each morning. Breakfast was great. The staff was so friendly and helpful. The bed was comfortable and so were the pillows. I would recommend this hotel.

Comfortable

I really enjoyed my first stay so I decided to come back. It's hard to rate my experience because this time they were pressure washing the building and I happened to arrive right when they were starting, it really sucked I wanted to relax away from the city but didn't and a couple hours in I really regretted picking this place but only for that reason, besides that it is a great place to stay. I will be staying again just will make sure to ask about any pressure washing or construction going on.

nice view and close to beach

Posted Jun 26, 2015
Pros: local to everything
Cons: clean outside windows, additional bathroom for suite
Location: beaches, food, grocery store, novelty/gift stores
pleasant experience overall. it would have been nice to have the pool/hot tub functioning for the kids. we went into the pool, with the grandkids and it was cold. they did not care, of course, but it was not as enjoyable. the breakfast was good each day and the staff was most accomodating. housekeeping was very good and with pleasant attitudes. would stay here again.

Comfort Inn

This hotel was a bust. The hotel was overall okay quality. However at the free continental breakfast, I found glass in the Orange juice. I was appalled. I thought it was a seed, but when I spit it out it was glass. My finance even verified it. Not staying here again.

The experience was pleasant. The room was clean, there was plenty of pillows. The only draw back was that if you were going to take a shower at times the water was cold. To clarify, it seemed that at peak times the shower was cold, once inthe evening and once in the morning. We only stayed two nights.
