there is no office staff. locked key box on your door. different but ok. no view of ocean from 1st floor. suggest 2nd floor. rooms were fantastic and huge. no complaints. had a great time

The view from the upper floor room was great, the two deck chairs and electric grill were a nice touch. The bed was comfortable, the rooms well appointed. The kitchen well stocked with dishes, glassware etc, there was even a toaster and waffle maker.

Great condo. Perfect, convenient location. All the comforts of home including full kitchen. The in room jacuzzi tub and fireplace make a relaxing atmosphere for a weekend get a way.

Too bad the inn is prevented from looking at the beach and water and there is no access to the beach from the hotel.

Apartment-like hotel room
Very large more like an apartment. Bed was comfortable, pillow was not. Many stairs to climb to get to your room. No daily housekeeping. I paid extra for a top room, but there really isn't a view so I would suggest the lower floor rooms would do just as well. Not enough reading lights in either the living room or the bedroom. Ocean Shores is a great biking town.

28th Wedding Anniverasry at the Judith Ann
My wife and I spent two nights at the Judith Ann on April 20-21, 2018, to celebrate our 28th wedding anniversary, and we had a great time. Our accommodations were luxurious, with a living/kitchen/dining area, a bathroom, a bedroom, and a large deck. The living room had a hot tub and fireplace, the kitchen was fully furnished, the bedroom had a king-size bed, and the deck had a view of the ocean. The rooms were clean and well maintained. The only drawback is the room was pretty expensive, but I guess that's the price you pay for having a hot tub in your living room. While in Ocean Shores, we walked the ocean beach, toured the nearby "planned" city of Seabrook, and drove to Lake Quinault to see the 100-year old largest Sitka spruce tree in the world (59 foot circumference). We also ate at some of the local Ocean Shores restaurants, and enjoyed the food. Overall, we had a memorable weekend.

Very roomy, nicely decorated and comfortable, kitchen was great. Jacuzzi was nice but motor was really loud. Bathroom was big but only a very small table to put supplies on no shelves with pedestal sink. Lots of towels. Lots of stairs to get to first floor rooms.

Beautiful hotel! Rooms are large and well decorated. A couple blocks from the beach. The only real complaints I would have for our room is that the receiver is ancient and wouldn't connect to the surround sound. The direct tv sound would also cut - out intermittently. Also, the baseboard heat was a little finicky. The "comfort zone" was actually in the 50-55 degree range. Any warmer, you'd need to start opening doors and windows. Just a few details that were off, but the overall stay was fantastic.

Great hotel for weekend getaway at beach.
We stayed at the Judith Ann Inn on the second floor in Suite 204. High cathedral ceilings with ceiling fans in every room. Wonderful view of the ocean and all of the amenities you could ask for in the room. The jacuzzi tub was wonderful. Even had a surround sound system for the large screen TV set in the living room. We will definitely come back again and the hotel staff was great. Very accommodating to our needs.

So much more than expected!
We walked in and we were blown away by the sheer size of the condo. The room was clean and lovely, with a Victorian charm. I have already recommended the Judith Ann to friends and family. The ocean view and the sounds of the waves crashing on the beach was all i needed. An absolutely awesome place to stay!

Perfect except jetted tub didn't work
This room exceeded our expectations except the jetted tub didn't work. Called management for assistance per the instructions in the room and never heard back. We had just finished a backpacking trip & had talked about the jetted tub for days. We decided to get this more expensive room for the jetted tub. Very dissappointed that we didn't get our money's worth and worse that we didn't get a call back. Rent a room at your own risk. If everything works it is pretty amazing. If something doesn't work then you're on your own.

This place is amazing! There is only one setback, when you get to your room, you're not going to want to leave! This place feels like home away from home, but then there's the jetted tub :) There's the kitchen which is conveniently set up to be fully functional, there's the satellite TV stations with surround sound. It's just an amazing place to stay!

WSBC CODE AND SAFETY VIOLATIONS, no maintenance
This property has ZERO maintenance and significant safety hazards 1. Violations of Washington Building Code and National Electric code. DANGEROUS electric heater installation in bathroom, risk of shock or electrocution, metal cover designed to allow water in the electric heater. 2. no working lights at front of property (parking lot, front steps) and no light bulb in room porch fixture. Notified Housekeeping, ignored. They couldnt bother to put a LIGHT BULB in the porch fixture. Housekeeping (never saw a Manager...) said the front lights had been out 2-1/2 WEEKS. Code violations. 3 toilet leaked notified staff, was ignored 4. hand railings at front of building DANGEROUS. I witnessed a lady falling because the hand rail collapsed when she tripped over the shoe cleaning brush and reached out to hold the rail to support herself. 5. Hand rails up front steps weak, poor support. No hand rail to elevated hot tub 6. Hot water heater not installed according to Code, water scalding hot 7 Kitchen fire extinguisher had a made up inspection tag (there is no inspection on this kind of disposable fire bottle) that was last dated 2004. 8 Windows to the sea were so dirty could barely see out when the sun was in the West. 9 Un sealed Grout in tile floors, NASTY brown, dirty. Tile floors sticky, complained to Housekeeping who tried to blame the cleaner. TRY SOAP, WATER and MOP.

Lovely suite was ample room for our weekend getaway. Clean, well appointed, quiet spot. Even though a wedding party booked most of the other rooms, we had our own peace and quiet. No direct view or access to beach, unfortunately.

A special place!
We stayed in the Richmond suite. It had all the comforts of home plus. 2 big screen televisions, 2 person jacuzzi, Direct TV, kitchen with waffle maker, rice cooker, full size refrigerator and on and on. Would recommend this to everyone looking for something more than the normal motel/hotel room. Really nice!

Spent a long weekend to cellibrate our wedding anniversary, and were blown away by the beauty of this unit, the view from the second floor of the surf, and the amenities in the kitchen. If you bring the food, the kitchen has the devise to get it cooked and served. Crock pot to BBQ, this place has it all. The views are amazing, access to the beach is short and sweet, and the staff is very friendly. We will look forward to our next visit, and plan to do this on a regular basis.

No view of ocean from the room. Dishwasher was broken. Showerhead sprayed water everywhere because it was ready to fall off. No insulation between floors. People upstairs walked around in high heels & had several children running around. When people upstairs ran their hot tub, it was so loud you couldn't hear the TV or each other Place was clean though.

Variation on the theme of a Hotel at the beach.
The hotel caters more to a "romantic" stay versus a family "get to the beach and get sandy" experience. Pluses: Smaller facility, fairly large rooms, big kitchen. Minuses: Toilet in constant need of jiggling the handle to work properly, dishwasher upper rack sprayer arm not working, bed is typical uber soft and uncomfortable. We were there with two children, went clamming but had no outside faucet to wash anything off (boots, shovel, etc.) .

Photos don't due the Judith Ann Inn justice
This place was nicer than the photos were able to show and the staff was helpful. Due to bad weather we spent a lot of time indoors and the unit was clean, spacious and comfortable. It is not as close to the actual beach as we thought it would be.

Wonderful place to stay and relax! The room was so comfortable and inviting we ended up spending most of the time there, relaxing in the jetted tub and watching TV. The bed was almost too comfortable, making it hard to get out of ... but that's okay too! The only thing I would recommend is that you bring rubber boots so that you can walk the trail to the beach, otherwise it is too wet. At least in the winter months, as we visited in November. An absolutely beautiful place to stay, and I would highly recommend this Inn to my friends! Especially anyone looking for privacy!

The condo was wonderful. Being ocean front there is always some salt air damage, so not unexpected. They really need to fix their internet connection. It could not stay up more than 30 minutes at a time without being reset. They provide 1 sample bottle of liquid soap for the entire stay, so I would recommend that you bring your own bar soap.
