Nice hotel, shame about the roomsPosted Jan 2, 2015
Pros: Breakfast was well organised, with plentiful hot and cold options available. Staff were quick to clear tables and very helpful when asked.
Cons: Add sockets at bedside for mobile charging, improve toilet roll, fix window vents. Biggest problem is access if arriving by car as no drop off near
Location: Location is excellent if you arrive by train/bus/taxi, but terrible if coming by car as there is no drop off point at the door.
The reception staff were very welcoming, helpful and informative. The bar, restaurant and shared areas were very nice and give the impression of a luxury hotel, unfortunately they don't match the rooms. The window vents were buckled and let in noise, the beds are a small double and quite hard. The room didn't look like it had been hoovered from prev guest, and the thin quality of the toilet paper was dreadful. Two weeks I stayed at the Travelodge next door and the comfort level in the Travelodge rooms is far better.

DisappointmentPosted Dec 31, 2014
Very disappointed with breakfast! Expensive if you don't get the inclusive deal! We were at breakfast just after seven and the 'hot' buffet was cold! Sausages and black pudding did not taste nice. When I asked if it was possible to get a poached egg I was told it would cost extra!!!! Will not be having breakfast if we decided to stay at the Jury's again!

Very convenient of transport links.Posted Dec 28, 2014
Pros: City centre.
Cons: no suggestion.
Location: As already stated, location excellent. Plenty eateries close by, together with shopping and transport.
Room clean and comfortable, breakfast very good. Although the dining room was closed on Sunday evening food was available in the bar.

Very nice hotel near to all places we wanted to goPosted Dec 8, 2014
Pros: It was very quiet considering it was near a busy place,it looked nice and clean and it was central for getting about the town.
Cons: It's ok as it is.
Location: It was near the shops and restaurants and the cinema also the other entertainments.
I was really pleased we got there early and they kept our luggage until we could book in, the staff were really helpful and very friendly. The room was nice and when we booked out they kept our luggage until it was time for us to get our boat back home to shetland.

Central LocationPosted Dec 2, 2014
Cons: Breakfast see above
Location: Train and Bus station, central for shopping
Great Location. Check In was very efficient, room catered for all our needs, breakfast was a let down, not enough tables, no cutlery available, had to ask for table to be cleaned food luke warm but by the time cutlery was brought it was stone cold. On Check Out staff were efficient but unwelcoming we were not asked if we had enjoyed stay etc.

we just stayed the one night for my birthdayPosted Nov 26, 2014
Pros: it was a pleasant place central an you don't have to go outside if you did not want to as its in a mall
Cons: there bar prices and more safe we waited some time to get served
Location: lots to do in the mall great restaurants
The Bar bill was horrendous to be honest, there are many more places just outside of this Hotel who do not charge so much for there alcohol, so we would not use there bar again.

Fantastic locationPosted Nov 2, 2014
Pros: Always spotless, fantastic location
Cons: Weekend prices
Location: A couple of Aberdeen's historic buildings are a very easy walk and well worth it, also they are free.
We used to stay here regularly for a weekend away, but the weekend prices have become prohibitive, but we struck lucky for a Friday night. We knew there were rooms available for Saturday but nobody would compete, so somebody lost out on a booking. Location is perfect for shops, cinema and restaurants.

Great hotel in the middle of the cityPosted Nov 1, 2014
Pros: It was amazingly quiet, even though it was full, a Saturday night and in the middle of the city.
Cons: Because there was so many people down for the buffet breakfast at once, sometimes you had to wait quite a few minutes for cooked items to be replaced.
Location: In the middle of the city, next to train and bus station, cinema and shopping centre in the same complex. A shopaholics dream.
Had a great stay. Location couldn't be any better, got off the train and just a minute walk and into the hotel, din't even have to go outside!! The décor very tasteful and room was easy to find. Brilliant breakfast.
