Quality Inn Ocean Shores

We stayed in a 2Queen, Full Ocean View room. I wanted to give my husband a great, relaxing break, and this room was perfect. With the sofa, coffee table and chairs plus the microwave and refrigerator, it was like having a living room and kitchen. We lounged on the sofa, ate whenever we wanted to. This made it so much more relaxing. In the morning, coffee on the deck was delightful. The staff was very helpful, the room was nicely made up. It was a great experience.

Good amenities. I got to make pancakes for breakfast.

Had a great view of the ocean from our room. Room was clean and comfortable. Enjoyed the continental breakfast too.

Great spot and well priced for what is offered. The room was very neat, clean and comfortable - did not seem at all like a budget hotel

Room was great treated very well and staff was very helpful would stay here again when we are on vacation. Keep up the fine work and the great Breakfast.

A pleasant place to stay close to beach and shops in Ocean Shores.

The staff was extremely courteous and helpful. Nice breakfast, and the waffles are great! The room was a little musty, but overall a great place to stay for a decent price.

Rooms were very small. Smelled of mold really bad. Took forever for the hot water to reach the room for a shower.

*Staff are very helpful and nice * I stayed in double queen bed full ocean view, room was so old and I find it dirty. Carpet is old and I can't walk barefoot.. bed sheets, never used their comforter looks so dirty * Neighbor at the top, I can hear this foot stomping so early in the morning, that was annoying * Shower is ok *breakfast, if you get there late, there's not much for you. So we got there around 9:10 and not much in it and so we went somewhere else *As soon as we're done checking out, I saw a police car outside, and obviously something is going inside because I saw a cop inside talking to receptionist. *I find the place not safe, left side is old run down motel and the right side of the Inn was people BBQing and drinking. Overall, I probably won't comeback if I can find some safer hotel and well clean. Other than that, great customer service!

My name is L Larsen and I made reservations for my granddaughter and her fiance so they could get away with their new born daughter. When they returned they told me how when they turned down the bed they found several black hairs between the sheets. If I had been the one in the room we would have immediately ckd out and found a different place to stay. They also told me that the personnel on the front desk was not friendly to the point of being rude after listening to their complaints. The people above them had an alarm going off continually and when Alex called to ask the front desk to ck it for them she replied "don't you know how to turn off the alarm?" Well, that was down right rude and unacceptable. I'm very disappointed in what they reported to me and feel that at the very least an apology is due this young couple.
