“King Suite; below average”

Got a great price from Expedia and was able to upgrate to King Suite for add'tl $15. Service was fine, hotel is clean and has easy access to local businesses and ocean. The down falls are~ no balcony's, the windows that face the ocean are very dirty on the outside and only open about 3 inches! (so much for the view and ocean breeze in our room!) The flat screen TV is bolted onto the dresser and is lower then the bed which makes it hard to see while relaxing in bed. The living area is ok and spacious except for the couch that you sink into when sitting down. Therefore we had to give this hotel a lower rate as the comfort of the room was there for us!

“POOR SERVICE. BAD "FULL OCEAN VIEWS".”

POOR SERVICE. That sums it up, the hotel had a lot of potential, definitely the most modern hotel on the strip there but the management/service was really really bad. Me and my girlfriend went out there for a "pre-valentines-day" weekend and immediately upon arrival were greeted with a very rude receptionist. I went to talk to a manager about it the following day and all he had to say was "She is new". I can promise we will never go back unless the management is changed or they change something. Also dont be fooled by the up-charges for "Ocean View" You cant see it. I paid for the "Full ocean view" and the ocean was so far away it definitely was not worth the money at all. The king suit was nice and as I said I really loved the physical hotel the service just really ruined it for me. We went down to the new pool/spa one night and they were out of towels so I went to the front desk and asked for some and the gentleman at the front desk said "Sorry all of our towels are in the wash" I said "your telling me you dont have any towels we can use?" And he stated "nope sorry" There was also a trainee there and she said "Why cant we give him a room towel to use?" And he huffed and stated "I suppose".

“No brainer would stay here again”

Clean room, nice shower, and friendly staff. What more can you ask for!

“Onest, clean and confortable”

We staied for only a night 'cause we were travelling trough the pacific northwest. Anyway it was nice and usefull stay there. Close to the city center, as well. Room and Hotel clean enough.

“Not impressed at all!”

Our room with 2 queen beds was great and even had a view which I didn't request. Now for the "but". The refrigerator worked off and on and the same with the air conditioner. They were going to move us to a room with just 1 queen bed for 3 adults. I said no and then the only room left was OK but the coffee pot had a short and the toilet had issues at times. I didn't bother telling them. They didn't help us move even though it was their problem---we had to move everything again ourselves. Wasn't too impressed and I will not book a room with them again.

“Friendly people, friendly service”

The hotel was easy to find and the staff were wonderful. We had some considerations because of a handicap, and they made sure everything we needed was supplied. The staff was so friendly, made us feel right at home, and I would highly recommend anyone visiting Ocean Shores to stay at the Ramada Inn.

Everything was fine, they even let me book the room next door at a great price.

The staff impressed me first, lots of smiles, greetings and eagerness to help by everyone. This continued at all hours, every day I stayed. The room was spotlessly clean, comfortable and well maintained for my entire stay. Onsite food and breverage service was up to the same high standards. Will definately stay there again.

Very comfortable room and very friendly staff. However, there is no rainy-weather trail from the hotel to the beach - too many pools of water. Also the front desk had no map that clearly showed other nearby beaches and parks, the nature house etc.
