“Comfort in Abilene”

Friendly, clean, quiet and conveniently located to ACU. I plan to stay here on future visits.

“Great Exceptions!”

I reserved this hotel because of the swimming pool, but it was under construction or maintenance--but everything in the room was so great we didn't mind. The breakfast variety was great also, even though the air conditioner wasn't working.

“Average hotel”

This hotel is conveniently located near Abilene Christian University. There are restaurants nearby. The hotel is clean but some things dropped through the cracks. For example, they forgot to bring towels and washcloths two out of seven days. One of those days, the bathroom wasn't even cleaned. Front desk was helpful and concerned when I reported the problem.

“Disappointed”

The only reason we booked this hotel was because it has an indoor pool and spa. The spa was not working at 3 p.m. When let the receptionist know, she said the maintenance guy would be there in ten minutes. He never got there. We were told that he would be there the next morning at 7 a.m. The hot tub was on fixed at 11:30 a.m. when we checked out. We will not be staying there again.

“DO NOT STAY HERE--WORST HOTEL IN ABILENE”

THE STAFF IS RUDE-I'VE HAD PROBLEMS WITH MY CREDIT CARD CHARGES-THE MAID JUST BUSTED IN EVEN THOUGH MY DO NOT DISTURB SIGN WAS ON THE DOOR--THERE WAS JUST NOTHING PLEASANT ABOUT THIS HOTEL. IT IS SURROUNDED BY LOTS OF OTHER HOTELS SO IF YOU NEED TO STAY CLOSE BY, CHOOSE ANOTHER HOTEL.
