Very pleased with stay when checking in the computers were down but the staff was very helpful and got the guests checked in as fast as possible and had a great backup plan setup for this problem, The breakfast is great plenty to choose from.The room was nice and big and very comfortable.

“Best place in Abilene to stay”

I reserved the room for my son and my self we each had our own bed and we could have our own space. The complex was not very large which made it more appealing the pool was great and the buffett was quite delicious although it would be nice if it was open later than 9 for those of us who like to sleep in while on vacation. I would definitely stay again when i'm back in abilene. The staff was quite friendly. thanks much to you all

“Abilene's Best Hotel”

I had a real nice experience at this hotel. the rooms were great, the atmosphere was excellent and the staff was very fiendly.

“Great Stay in Abilene”

I chose the MCM Elegante because I had stayed there as a kid and new it to be a great hotel. It didn't disappoint. From the super comfortable beds to the cooked to order breakfast it ranks in the upper tier of hotels I have stayed in. If you're on a family vacation it's got a great indoor pool, ping pong and billiard tables, a game room, a great open atrium area, and it's right across from the mall. The only noticeable issue was the bathroom, where it appeared that they remodled the floors but still had the old tile and tub in use. That, by no means impacted our stay in any way.

“excellent choice group with children”

we had a great time. there was shuffleboard, pool and ping pong to entertain our child. happy hour was nice for evening refreshments. pool and jaccuzi were comfortable and large enough to enjoy even if others were in them with you. Breakfast was wonderful. many choices for the entire family. everyone was happy with the meal

Always clean and friendly. The beds are very comfortable and the breakfast is enjoyable. Even Granny works there! She is a sweetheart and I enjoy visiting with her over coffee in the morning. This is the only place I will stay in Abilene.

“Great Place!!”

This is the second time we've stayed there and both times we wished we could have stayed longer. One night is not enough to enjoy the comfort and facilities! We missed the free Happy Hour, but we enjoyed the breakfasts made to order. We also enjoyed a very nice supper in the restaurant. Thanks for everything!

“Very Nice Hotel; Breakfast was the best”

I was there for an overnight visit for business. I got there late and left fairly early. In that limited time I was impressed with the facility. The best was breakfast. Cooked to order eggs or just about anything else you might want.

“BUSINESS TRIP TO ABILENE”

I have stayed at the MCM Elegante in Abilene many times but this time was different! Its always been very well maintained before. BUT this time Our room ended up the facet in the bathtub leaked and dripped the whole time, which maintenance never fixed, the latch on the front door locked us out when we left for a couple of hours. The maintenance had to come and use a coat hanger to get the door opened!~ Then I wanted to watch a movie, so I ordered one, it charged me, but then I couldnt get it to work. So I tried again and again it charged me but it still wouldnt work. I called the front desk and the maintenance guy came in and said oh yea its just the tv system!! So he tried again and it charged me again!~ So I never got to watch a movie!! And now the charges are being reversed in a couple of days, so the front desk says! I think for the room rates that we pay, things should have been different! Im very disappointed in the stay this time! So make sure you get a room that doesnt have leaky faucet, tv messed up, and front door lock locks behind you so you cant get in!
