This is a great value but be careful to read cancel policies - many rates are NON REFUNDABLE - so if your not sure you will arrive, you may want to book somewhere else. The staff is friendly, good self-serve breakfast. They were repairing the roof while we were there, but had a notice at the front desk and did not start until 10 AM (reasonable). They are a pet friendly hotel also (fee required)

“Good fit”

Turns out this hotel was about a block from my meeting location the morning after my stay. The hotel was acceptable in cleanliness and comfort. I would stay here again.
