“satisfactory”

This place was nothing special, but it did the trick. It was quiet enough, and the bed was comfortable.

“Good Place to sleep and shower”

The hotel staff was friendly; the breakfast was good; the rooms were outdated but clean. They didn't have extras like pillows. The swimming pool was not usable. I would stay there again to shower and sleep.

“Good for a cheap over-night stay.”

We just needed a place for an over-night. It is a 2-star and that is what we got. Manager was friendly and helpful. Standard continental breakfast was included. Easy on and off of I-20.

“Only one problem”

The hotel was basic but acceptable in terms of cleanliness. The high points - the beds were really comfortable and the noise level (right on the highway) was surprisingly low. We stayed 3 nights. On our third night, we had a HUGE water bug (roach like bug) crawling across the wall. It was unnerving. With all the rain and flooding in the area, it wasn't surprising but it wasn't pleasant just the same!

“I'd recommend this place if you are on a limited budget”

Bed was comfortable. Room was clean. Bathroom floor tile was moldy looking. But was "alot" better than the one in Van Horn. My wife liked the fact that there wasn't any dead bugs in our room like the Super 8 in Van Horn. Wireless Internet was great and breakfast was okay.

“Away From It All”

ON south side of I-20 so by itself with no restaurants or anything to walk to...there are , however many choices after you cross under the freeway plus a large Walmart and just west down the feeder are many more choices. The rooms were reasonably quiet. The lifeless continental breakfast is not worth your time ...there's a refrigerator and microwave in the room so bring your own breakfast...it's a budget motel in Abilene ...it'll do.

“A Low OK for this Hotel”

Run down. No where near as nice as most of the new hotels built in and around Abilene. If you can, I recommend staying at other hotels before this one. It is tolerable.

“Not great...needs a LOT of work.”

Lobby smelled and they need a lot of remodeling. I won't cut corners on cost and location again!

“Not Impressed. At all.”

The hotel is very old and run-down. There were dead insects in the room. We had to do a load of laundry while we were there and someone stole our clothing. When we mentioned this to the front desk they were polite but said there was nothing they could do. The continental breakfast was underwhelming. If you simply need a place to sleep, the hotel is alright, but beyond that I would not recommend it.

“Could really use new maids, but the bed was sorta comfortable!”

Looked for quite some time to find a hotel close to the interstate, I had seen commercials for super 8 so thought what the heck lets give it a shot. The man at the front desk was very friendly and greeted with a smile. We got our room upon entering the room the smell was very musty and smelled of dust. The towels had stains nasty looking stains that appeared like someone had run out of toilet paper, there were boogers on the wall of the bathroom, and the tub appeared to have not been cleaned for some time. The bed was somewhat comfortable though the cleanliness of the room made it quite difficult to sleep on the bed not knowing if the sheets were really clean or not. Though he was super friendly we will NOT be staying at this location ever again!
