Only stayed one week but would not stay again. Full of loud construction workers and staff acted like I was bothering them anytime I asked something. They make you inventory the room at check-in? Steep deposit which they took half of even though all I did was sleep in the room. Added another $100 dollars to expedias price in fees. Tried to get them to explain this and the staff couldn't tell me why. If at all possible stay somewhere else.

Great utilitarian accommodations

Pros: It was clean.
Cons: Make the after hours check in process more clear. Provide some basic amenities, like soap. Use different air freshener.
Location: The Stripes convenience store on the corner has great breakfast burritos.
This was my first stay at a Value Place Inn. It is definitely set up for extended stay and reminded me of a college dormitory. My experience was fine. It meet my needs and was cleaner than I expected, however the air freshener they use was not as pleasant as it could have been. There is not a lobby, so check-in was a little confusing. Also, be sure to check in before 5:00 pm. The staff shuts down and goes home. You must bring all your own supplies (soap, shampoo, etc.) or purchase from them. Overall, I was pleased and would recommend this to a budget minded traveler for an extended stay.

Bad service from hotel staff.

My room had been cleaned but sheets had been thrown on floor and not replaced. When I asked calmly and very politely for help I was treated rudely by desk staff.
