Thanks so much for your positive feedback and apologies for the manner of delivering the Spa and Leisure Guidelines. They are however absolutely necessary in order to maintain the water quality for other guests using the facilities afterwards.

Hi Holly, Sorry you were disappointed, but we state clearly that we only provide Breakfast and Dinner service for resident guests. We also detail on our website the Spa and Leisure packages that are available at this time and that they should be booked in advance. Sorry we unable to to fit you in at a last minute request.

Hi David, Thanks for your positive report with constructive feedback on the room location. We have now have made plans to soundproof and double door the entrance to the room from the Lobby, which will ensure a room as quiet as other bedrooms in the Hotel. We will also re-key the terrace door so it can be used as the primary access door. Regarding the perception of privacy please consider that most hotel rooms are only one wall away from another room with one or many people present, and when on the bed one's head is no further away than three feet from someone next door. This is not so in the room you stayed in and therefore a positive feature rather than a negative one. Thanks again. Derek

The quietness and tranquillity is however a major reason for people to visit the area and you will note that we do not claim to be a Hotel, that is why we are called a Lodge. More a home than a Hotel!

Sorry you felt that that way about your stay with us as we do our best to provide a personal service that sadly was not appreciated. Also no mention of the spectacular location, views from the building etc etc. It was also a bit presumptive of you to postulate that we are going out of business, considering most people who stay with us are looking for tranquillity and to get away from the common corporate image hotels, that are taking over the hospitality business.We are doing fine thanks!
