“Met at the train station by the owner”
The NY B&B is a cheerful, conveniently located, inexpensive choice of lodging in the attractive seaside town of Pescara. Just a few blocks from the beach and equally close to the main shopping district and the train\bus station, it is one of two B&Bs with the same attentive owners. My room, on the second floor, included a private balcony, which I greatly enjoyed. The breakfast room is self-serve, with all necessary items stocked and a frig and cooking utensils for any who would wish to cook meals or provide their own "happy hour." Recommendations for two excellent fish restaurants within walking distance, both of which offer special rates to B&B guests.
