The hotel is very conveniently located. Across the street from the beach. Plenty of dining options. The staff are very friendly and helpful. All spoke Italian and English. Excellent service! The breakfast was good with a nice selection. The restaurant was also excellent for dinner. The food was delicious. The room was okay. Nice balcony view of the water. The only 2 issues. Air conditioning is not available before June 1. We were there the last week of May and the room was too hot in the afternoon. 2nd, the shower in the bathroom was the smallest I have ever seen in my life. It was smaller than 2 ft x 2 ft (60 cm). The door opening was only approx 40 cm. It was nearly impossible to take a shower without stepping out to turn around…!

Basic but Excellent VFM
Basic and pretty dated but very good value for money. Good staff. Very clean. Excellent breakfast for Italy. Quite far out of town centre and not much open in the area outside of peak summer season.

Everyone at this property from the cleaning staff, to the restaurant staff, to the front desk staff was always accomodating, and willing to provide assistance when needed. They helped book limos, and taxi's, and were very kind and pleasant to be around. Everyone is very approachable. They are always working to ensure their guests are taken care of. This hotel is located in a lovely location, not far from the city centre and has an excelent beach front.

Excellent Hotel
We stayed for 4 nights and very pleased with our stay. The staff were all very polite and very helpful even though we couldnt speak Italian. The breakfast had an excellent choice, shame it couldnt be proper self service due to the current covid restrictions in place. The staff worked very hard to amke sure everybody got served as quickly as possible.We wouldnt hesitate to book again

The street is pretty busy so takes some quick moves to park. All the seaside restarurants and shops are shut down although the weather is still warm. Seems to be a one trick pony.

Nice, small hotel. Good breakfast. Scrambled eggs and bacon upon request. Free bike usage for an hour. Good restaurants within a 5 minute walk. On bus route. Grocery store 10 min walk. Great, friendly staff. Free parking.

Nice, small hotel. Breakfast good. Free parking. Free bike use for first hour. Good restaurants nearby. Walk 15 minutes to the center, along paved, wide sidewalk beside the beach. Safe place to walk!

One night stop off.
We were travelling from Como in the north to Ostuni (Puglia) in the south and needed a one night stop off. Hotel Maja was great. They accommodated our Siamese cat without any fuss. We had a room facing the sea with a balcony. The weather was atrocious, but in the summer it must be lovely. Breakfast buffet was excellent.

The hotel is fine, with breakfast included, spacious room, etc. it has limited parking but there is more on the street, although it could be challenging to get a space in the high season. About a mile and a half from the high street, which means you either drive or plan for long walks. Nevertheless there are a few restaurants around the lungomare.

Ottima posizione fronte mare e vicino al centro città che si può raggiungere a piedi dai 15 ai 20 minuti . Ottima la possibilità offerta dalla struttura di utilizzare citybike per muoversi in libertà. Personale giovane, molto gentile e disponibile. Ottima colazione a base di cibi freschi sia dolci che salati offerta in un ampio salone dotato di vetrate con vista sul mare.

Un grand hotel fronte mare!
Una struttura essenziale ricercata, con i classici comfort. Personale professionale e simpatico. Prezzi fuori stagione davvero conveniente. Garage limitrofo recintato a 5euro. Colazione a buffet assistito completa e gustosa. Covid controllato.

Naprawdę warto!
Przemiła obsługa - zawsze pomocna i nie robiąca żadnych problemów. Świetna lokalizacja hotelu. Miły pokój. Poczęstunek na powitanie. Doskonały wybór śniadań (pyszne ciasta, croissanty, tosty z dżemem lub serem, wędliny, jajecznica, soki, kawa). Wszędzie czysto i wielka dbałość o higienę w związku z Covid (maseczki, obsługa przy posiłkach). Nie potwierdzamy żadnej złej opinii o hotelu jakie znaleźliśmy w internecie - są mocno wyolbrzymione. Polecamy pobyt!

To na pewno nie jest luksusowy hotel, więc hotels.com powinien zmienić ten opis i nie wprowadzać w błąd swoich klientów. 4 gwiazdki to zdecydowana przesada, nie wiem kto je przyznał, w Polsce taki obiekt miałby może dwie. Przestarzałe wyposażenie, odchodząca od ścian tapeta, a obsługa recepcji ma nawet problem z podstawowymi zwrotami po angielsku, co ciekawe perfekcyjnie w tym języku mówi pani, która sprząta i obsługuje śniadania. Nie ma opcji łączonych pokojów - błędny opis i duże rozczarowanie przy zameldowaniu. Z plusów - śniadanie całkiem Ok, wygodne łóżka, bardzo czysto, prywatna plaża hotelowa i beach club (restauracja/klub nocny) po drugiej stronie ulicy, dookoła sporo innych restauracji. Przy okazji minus - niemiła menedżerka beach clubu należącego do hotelu - psuje klimat tego miejsca wydzierając się po włosku na zagranicznych gości. Należałoby wywiesić zasady zajmowania miejsc na plaży przez gości w zrozumiałym dla nich języku. A tak nie wiadomo o co chodzi, pozostaje tylko niesmak po wrzaskach i zachowaniu tej pani. Piękne miejsce, miłe barmanki, tylko menedżer do wymiany. Podsumowując - hotel polecam klientom, którzy nie maja dużych wymagań co do standardu i wyglądu miejsca oraz dobrze znają język włoski ;)

Den var i stort bra, dock hade mycket stängt gör säsongen. Vi åkte 3-10/10 och det var lite kallare än vi trodde, några veckor innan hade varit bättre - utifrån våra förväntningar. Det var lite kallt och fuktigt på hotellrummet.

Kleines gemütliches Hotel nähe des Strandes
Hotel hat sehr gute Lage direkt an der Strandpromenade von Pescara und ist gut zu erreichen. Restaurants in unmittelbarer Umgebung . Das Stadtzentrum befindet sich in 20 minütiger Entfernung und lädt mit Straßencafes und Geschäften zum bummeln ein. Das Hotel Maja bietet für Hotelgäste sogar die Liegen und Sonnenschirme gratis an. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt.

Posizione tranquilla e vicina al centro città.
Struttura davvero molto carina. In una posizione tranquilla ma nello stesso tempo a due passi dal centro città. Ideale per chi vuol trascorrere qualche giorno in piena serenità. A 20 metri dalla spiaggia l'Hotel offre la gentilezza e cortesia di un personale molto attento ed educato. Strutturalmente rispecchia un buon 3*. A mio giudizio 4* sono un po' eccessive, a maggior ragione del fatto che in una camera matrimoniale trovi un bagno senza finestre ed un letto con due materassi singoli che si allargano durante la notte. Alcuni accessori indicati durante la prenotazione(pantofole) non sono state fornite.
