Montesilvano HotelPosted Jul 12, 2014
Small 3 star hotel, only 2 blocks from the beach. Rooms are basic but reasonably comfortable. Okay breakfast buffet (especially if you like sweeter things). Staff friendly and helpful, with decent English. Internet and air-conditioning worked fine.

Great place with a great breakfastPosted Mar 15, 2014
A great little hotel very close to the beach. The room was very clean and the bathroom was in very good condition with new tile and ceramic. The breakfast was wonderful with fresh juice, espresso machine, pastries, yogurt etc... The staff was very pleasant and spoke good enough English for us to easily understand them.

Seaside LocationPosted Oct 14, 2013
Pros: Location & Facilities.
Cons: Car parking may be difficult in high season.
Location: Good beaches, good restaurants near by and Pescara is worth a visit.
A short step to the beach and Pescara is walkable. The balcony and sea view added to the experience. We would consider a holiday here.

The hotel is great. Staff friendly and helpful. Free breakfast is nice. Hotel restaurant is very good and not too expensive. Beach is well maintained. Neighborhood is busy during the summer, but has a very safe feel to it.

This is the 2nd time that I have stayed at this property. The neighborhood has picked up a little graffiti since my first stay 2 years ago; however, it is a very safe and friendly neighborhood. The hotel staff is fantastic, most speak English and they were wonderful with directions and suggestions. The restaurant in the hotel is great and very affordable. There are other dining options and a grocery store within short walking distance. The beach is nice and the hotel has a private beach spot with lounge chairs and umbrellas. Stay 3 nights and they wave the 15 Euro umbrella fee. There is also free private parking, it is a bit crowded in the lot during the summer.

a well located hotelPosted Apr 13, 2013
Really great hotel, well located close to bus 8 route from airport, and a stones throw from the beach. Horizontal railings on balconies, so will be returning when my toddler is unlikely to want to climb them.
