“Excellent customer service”

I have stayed in a lot of hotels (4 star and 5 star) but I can't think of when I might have received better customer service. Very friendly and helpful staff, always with a smile on their faces. They let me use the room earlier than I'd expected and were always courteous and kind. On the day of my departure (a Friday), they also helped me to find a little convenience store where I could buy some emergency provisions. Highly recommended!

excellent for short stays of a month or two. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast is very good. Taxis are easy to catch and there is a Mall next door.

“Great value”

Stayed for 2 nights for the new year. Great value for money for this hotel. The rooms are spacious and clean. The food is well priced and tasty. The location of the hotel is very good, as it is walking distance to the wahda mall, and a short taxi trip to anywhere you want to visit in the city. Internet prices can be steep, but I guess that can be said for other places as well. Definitely enjoyed my stay, and would recommend it.

“Good location, good service, clean hotel!!”

Just return, nice weather. Hotel is in centre location, bus stand just behind if you want to go to Dubai (only 40 Dh for return fare!), Sharja, Al Ain or other towns. Al Wahda Mall just one minite walk, mall have all, fast food, supermarket LuLu, bank, money exchange, Rolax etc. Hotel rooms have kitchen with nice fredge freezer, washing machine with dryer and you can bring your food, water from mall. Good helpfull staff.

The hotel was a very good location, convenient, with easy access to a lot of tourist attractions. People were very friendly and helpful, and it was nice that there was a complimentary buffet breakfast. I would definately go back.

“Surprised & Impressed”

We picked this hotel based on the price and review info on the web site. It was pretty much a last minute decision so we weren't expecting too much. But to our surprise, the moment we arrived the hotel we were greeted and treated very nicely by the friendly staff. The lobby is considered small in size but neatly kept and new looking. We were also nicely surprised by the good sized room with double beds and its cleanliness. It's more like a suite with a complete kitchen and a washing machine! The room rate includes daily breakfast and it's a buffet style with lots to choose from. They have one restaurant that serves food with 24 hour room service as well. The food (western style offered) was actually quite good and not too pricey. There is also a small gym efficiently equipped for your exercise needs. The hotel is located in a busy district but not centrally closed to all the main attractions. There is a shopping mall right behind the hotel with a supermarket style dept store for your convenience needs. We recommend this hotel to couples without children as there isn't much to keep young children busy; and to those who travels for business.

“Convenient”

I would recommend for you to get this hotel if you want four-star quality for the same amount. The hotel is conveniently located a block away from the Abu Dhabi bus station, where you can catch a bus to Dubai. There's also a nearby five-star hotel (Grand Millennium Al Wahda) and the Al Wahda Mall. Inside the hotel, you'll notice how small the building is - the hallways are kinda cramped and the lobby is really small. I had a small problem when I got there. I requested for a king-sized bed on a non-smoking room with my online reservation. When I got there, they could only offer me a king-sized bed on a smoking room, or a double bed on a non-smoking room. So I agreed to take the king-sized bed on a smoking room but I had to make sure it smelled good. So off the manager went with me to check it. When I got to the room (808 I believe) it was a corner room with nice windows and a huge bed. It didn't smell too smoky, and it was cleaned gleamingly, so I took it. The room is really huge and lively. Nice amenities. Only thing is it didn't have a bathtub. But it's okay.
