Our room had strong mold smell and there were some patches on the ceiling that needed some repairs. I didn’t like the location of it as it was right by traffic-lots if small shops and restaurants. But the staff was amazing. Mustafa-Abin and Suleman were very nice and accommodating.

The hotel offers very good value for money. its not the best located in the older part of town but perfectly safe and plenty of cheap taxis to ferry you around. I stayed in a spacious room which was clean, good beds/sheets and bathroom. The room shows signs of wear i.e. sockets and general decor. The pool and gym were good. I only eat breakfast which again was good value.

I found a toothbrush on the floor from another resident's and the TV control was all oily and with dust and the light switches with a lot of dirt. And the boy from the reception from Zimbabwe was the only one who explained things calmly and all easy to understand. The other employees were very much on top of me, it seemed that they were suspicious of my stay at the hotel.

Hotel and rooms are fine, but several things were not working and getting them fixed wasn’t always easy. 1) the phone in my room never worked so you couldn’t call the operator, order room service or get help with anything. If you needed anything, you had to go down 11 stories each time to talk to the staff 2) one morning, during peak hours, the elevators all stopped working. The hotel didn’t even notice that was the case and people were just piling on all the floors. Ultimately after a lot of waiting had to walk down 11 floors 3) the bath tub wouldn’t drain properly so it would get flooded until I had to have them fix it In their defence they offered to change my room but when you are in town for a conference and are working 12 hours a day, you don’t want to unpack and repack and unpack all over again. A working phone and tub are basic things that should be checked before giving someone a room

We didn't like check-in because we were tired and the hotel staff gave us the room and they have done the same that they have to give the room at 3:00. I think when the room is present in the hotel, staff should give it to the passenger as we have checked out 15 hours before our normal check out. Actually, this is a dry law in your hotel and I don't recommend your hotel to any other people. About dinner, it was present some spicy foods with no mark. When we took some food for use, they were spicy and we haven't used them. This was wastefulness for the hotel. You can put a mark and write: this food is spicy.

We booked this hotel over a month ago. When we arrived at the property they told us they are overbooked. We could not believe that they would give our room to someone else. Totally 3 rooms. At 11:30 pm we are being told that there are no rooms available for us as they had given out our rooms to others. We then got moved to another hotel which was nowhere near a 5 star. Whilst we were there another group was also told that their rooms were given to someone else as they had overbooked. Avoid this hotel. The receptionist took forever to sort out issue out.

Average hotel with very friendly staff. AC doesn’t go below 23°, the outlets that are actually by the bed were not usable other than for the lamps, but the staff were great. I did not have breakfast included, but the staff informed of the price difference in where I paid for it which was really kind. When I attempted to plug the lamp back into the socket because I could not use my wall charger, the fuse tripped. Luckily maintenance was up to fix it in less than 5 minutes.

For the price you paid is an excellent hotel and location is great. Several restaurants and places to shop. The hotel is great. The pictures you see is what you get and more. I will stay at this hotel again. Staff very helpful and friendly. Awesome experience.
