outside the busy city with everything you needPosted Oct 16, 2013
Pros: the area and the facilities.
Cons: the cost of the dining and other extras are a bit pricey so these prices could be lowered believe.
Location: It's a quiet area where the Hotel is located but it's only a short taxi ride to Malls and museums.
My Fiancé and I have stayed here several times and are almost treated as Family. The staff are very friendly and accommodating and they will listen and adjust things as needed. I recommend this Hotel to anyone staying in this area.

Very worn out hotel with less Hilton standardsPosted Aug 26, 2013 on Hotels.com
The Hotel is very old and worn out! i heard that they have some new renovated rooms but they are even smaller than the old ones!the receptionist looks like a newbie as he didn't know if they have a spa in the hotel or not! they did not consider my HHoner membership in anyway as i usually get in any other Hilton hotel. I wont come back there again!

This hotel is very comfortable and the service is great. However, the decor and furniture needs updating. The rooms are tired looking :(

Great location, wonderful front desk staff!Posted Jan 27, 2013
Overall, this was a really nice hotel. We only stayed one night, but the room provided plenty of room for me, my husband and 15 year old son. The king size bed was wonderful, with high quality bedding and a firm mattress. The pull out sofa was very convenient. The breakfast buffet was very good. The front desk staff was more than helpful and very professional. The location was prime to the town center and other tourist attractions. We would definitely stay here again!

nice, clean, hotel with no free internetPosted Nov 11, 2012
Pros: nice, clean rooms
Cons: no free internet, smell of cigarette smoke everywhere
Location: great location, easy to find
Great experience. But, pool hours of operation could be longer. Internet could be cheaper if not free. Breakfast menu could be better, with more varieties getting served daily. The parking lot area could be more sanitary. The parking lot smells awful, like badly maintained urinals. Good location, very easy to get to. I'm a non-smoker and chose a non-smoking room but there was still some slight smell of cigarette smoke seeping in the room at times. I had to run to the mall and buy some scented candles to keep the room smelling fresh. Smells like smoke in the lobby and everywhere else. Not family friendly in western standards due to the smell of smoke everywhere, but in the UAE this is kind of normal guess.

Hilton al-Ain - A truly wonderful experiencePosted Jun 9, 2012
Pros: Gym is fantastic & relaxation/sport facilities are excellent.
Location: Excellent location and easy to get to.
The staff are very friendly and welcoming. They make you feel at home. It's nice to get a cold drink on arrival after the heat in al-ain. Excellent selection at breakfast - certainly sets you up for the day. Excellent gym - the best by far I have come across in hotels. Lots to do outdoors whether it is by the pool or just relaxing in the sun. I would recommend the Hilton in Al-Ain any day . Always my first choice whenever I visit Al-Ain
