Don’t expect the best view if you plan to sit outside, also dust in each corner, bathroom needs to be remodeled, cats outside the chalet Lol and they stick at the front door, don’t try their orange guice the worst ever, the price isn’t fair regarding to all of this bad service and conditions

When I arrived I was surprised that I have to pay AED 30 when I have paid 100% for complete stay. the receptionist didn't inform us about their facilities until I highlighted this and even didn't give us complete info and it was very short. The food at glass house Restaurant was very less verity & Quantity which doesn't worth for AED 75/per pax. and it was too noisy with loud music where people come from city to relax not for dancing. even the restaurant don't have facility to allow our baby trolley to walk through and we forced me & my wife to carry our trolley through high stairs to enter the restaurant.! outside balcony wasn't clean at all for us to set outside. TV channels wasn't installed to latest update change with new frequency i.e. MBC channels group wasn't found. Receiver remote control was broken and battery cover is missing then all the time you have to hold the remote in both hands to change channels. We have asked for crib/extra bed for my child then they refused when clearly says free of cost. the mini fridge was TOO Small and not cooling properly even couldn't fit 3 bottle of water & 1 bottle of juice, the whole stay we forced to drink room temperature water.

Bad Experience
I booked 2 night in this hotel. But I made the check out after one night only. I couldn’t stay more, no clean, no service, no night activities, nothing. I ran away without redeem the 2nd night value.

This is a very strange hotel. The room was fine but the facilities were very old and dirty, and honestly a bit smelly. It looks as though it was a popular place years ago and they just haven't kept it up.

Nice hotel close to nature.
We stayed in this place for 2 nights and didn't have to leave the hotel as there are so many activities to be done at the venue. Excellent destination for family.

Five Guys in a Two Bedroom Villa
The villa is very big and can fit five adults with no problems, staff very helpful. and its just across the street from Wadi Adventure. The bad I paid extra to have extra beds, they were more like cots, very small and not comfortable, the couch was a better option. There was lots of trash on the back porch, The sliding doors, did not slide "I got a room a few months ago and had the same issue. The landscape looks like they ran out of money and could not finish it. For the price I'm not to happy, Its big and good location for me.

I stayed there last weekend. The hotel was adequate and the staff were friendly and helpful, but the facilities on the hotel grounds were in disrepair. It is obvious that many of the facilities on the hotel grounds have been basically abandoned and have not been kept in good shape for some time. It is sad because it looks as if at one time, the facilities on the grounds were awesome.

A "Superior" Room?
If you don't mind outdated (very worn, not retro nor antique) furniture, a closet without hangers (except bent wire ones if requested), only one bath towel (no hand or face towels) to share with your spouse, a gardener hacking away just outside your window at 7 a.m., and a desk clerk calling you at 10 a.m. (despite the noon checkout time) to ask when you're leaving, then you'll adore this hotel's "superior" room. We found this to be a strangely managed hotel/resort, even by comparison with the varied hotels we experienced during our two weeks of traveling throughout the eastern Arabian peninsula. The hotel's 4.5 review average, which deceived us into reserving a room, is a curiosity. Perhaps there's a room superior to the "superior" room that offers the usually expected clothes hangers and array of towels--?

Nice resort in a peaceful environment
We had gone there for 2 days 1 night. The hotel staff was quite warm and helpful, rooms were comfortable and clean, The food at a inhouse restaurant was also nice. All in all a good weekend spent. Thanks One to One for a nice time we had.!!

Disaster!
Hotel is very disorganised and inefficient. Check-in took an hour, housekeeping removes items like towels, toiletries etc from the room and does not replace them, nobody is ever present at the spa, people disappear after you tip them, and in-room dining service never shows up even after they have confirmed your order before that!

Nice laid back hotel in a very quiet location
This ex government managed hotel (I struggle to call it a resort) is on the outskirts of Al Ain about 15-20 mins drive from the centre. It is a sprawling complex made up of hotel, chalets and other facilities which are quite distanced from each other. The friendly staff upgraded me to a 1 bed chalet which was very comfortable with free wifi,good facilities and with lots of privacy. My stay was short so I had no chance to test the facilities, I sense however that this hotel is better suited for couples or families seeking privacy in a park type environment, than for a business stay.

Stayed at this hotel for one night, had great review and 4 star rating. Not sure who rated, but the hotel was ok, a little run down and overall looked old, rooms was ok with new AC units, but rather noisy and small (1 kingsize bed, small bathroom). Bathroom was older style and would need some renovation. The two restaurants had more to wish for, we went to one of them (Mediterranean food) and it was newly renovated and looked good, but service was lacking, took ages to get food and the taste was so so... Overall I don't really recommend this place, it was the cheapest in Al Ain for the time being, but if I knew I would have spent double the amount and got something more classy. This feels more like a 2 star hotel, or a decent American Motel than a 4 star UAE hotel.

The facility is nice however it just needs a makeover. Lots of weeds everywhere there needs some landscape work done. However, besides that it was great. The attendance were very Accommodating I had originally signed up for two days that I need to stay longer in they honored the hotel.com price. i very very pleased with that if I ever return I will definitely be staying at this facility

A HIDDEN TREASURE
This is an excellent facility with beautiful setting. Ideal for family vacation or business conferences. I have enjoyed the swiming pool, the excercise room, and the steam room. Staff was friendly and very helpful. I would certainly return to this hotel next time in Al-Ain.

This is an old hotel and in the stages of getting a face lift. We had a little problem at the beginning and the manager bent over backwards to accommodate my friend and myself . I will go back once the face lift is completed.

Oferecem serviço no site e não tem.
As instalações são bem antigas. Não fazem testes no quarto para ver se está tudo funcionando bem antes do hóspede chegar. Ofereceram café da manhã, mas quando cheguei ao restaurante não tinham nada para oferecer. Pedi o menu e perguntei as opções, me mostraram e quando comecei a pedir, só iam respondendo que não tinham. Nesse caso é melhor não oferecer café da manhã. Reclamei e fui prontamente restituída do valor que paguei por dois dias de café da manhã.

Rustig hotel met prima tuinbar
Het hotel is ietwat verouderd, en kan een opknapbeurt gebruiken. Zo liep de afvoer in de badkamer over toen het bad leegliep. Badkamer was erg ruim, al kan dat komen omdat we een upgrade kregen naar een suite. Slechts 2 handdoeken, maar verder genoeg opbergruimte. TV's werkten prima, evenals de wifi. Het hotel ligt redelijk ver van Al Ain (klein half uurtje met de auto), maar is zeker de moeite van de rit waard. Mooie uitzichten op de bergen, en een prima tuinbar en Koreaans restaurant. Overige faciliteiten (gym, zwembad) niet gebruikt.
