“Very satisfied”

Very happy w hotel. V clean, v helpful staff w sufficient English, everything worked as it should, free high speed Internet avail in lobby, we were given 9am check-in at no extra cost. Close to Madinat Zayed Mall which wasn't anything outstanding but did have supermarket. Hotel is 2 mins walk from 4th street airport bus stop (only costs 3 dirhams from airport, bus A1). 20 mins walk to corniche, a fewlocal restaurants close by. V satisfied. Located beside Cristal Hotel (on google maps).

“A modern, well furnished GOOD VALUE 3 star hotel!”

I was concerned when booking this hotel that there may be a catch to this hotel as it was the cheapest priced hotel in Abu Dhabi. Well I was absolutely thrilled when I got there as it was a new build built around 2010/1. It was clean, modern and my room was just perfect. Stunning furnishings and good in size. Better still I received good service from reception staff who although not that good at talking English were clearly friendly and keen to help. What I also liked was my visiting friends had plenty of places outside to park and I could even walk to a 24hour shopping centre which supplied me with home comforts and local Arabic foods. Noise levels were also minimum which contrasted well against a very bad experience I had in Dubai at another hotel. Actually this may ONLY be a 3 star hotel but with its current FREE internet deal it offered me so much for so little. If you are on a budget and don't need 5 star luxury this is a very decent place to stay!

“Nice place.”

We wnjoyed our stay here. The room was lovely, although quite small. The hotel had wifi internet access, but only in the lobby and restaurant. This was ok, but would have been better to have it in the rooms. Also, there wasn't really anywhere to sit to use the wifi, other than restaurant/cafe areas where I felt obliged to buy something in order to sit there. Hotel was located close to a shopping centre and we walked to the corniche in the evening (about 1.5km)

Comfortable.Value for money. Nice Location. A bit far from ADNEC but taxis are readily available. Staff was cordial.

“very good value for money if just want to sleep”

Bang in the middle of the financial district so easy access to most businesses. Hotel rooms are good size and perfectly adequate. Cleaning and upkeep is fine. There is a small coffee shop in the lobby which is handy but otherwise catering is minimal. Restaurant didn't have a lot of what was advertised on the menu. There are plenty of nearby places to eat. Overall very good value for money if you just want a place to put your head down.

“Great Value for Money, Avoid Restaurant!”

Great value for money. Deserves definitely more than just three stars. Room was clean and spacious, but bathtub and bathroom in general could have been a little bigger. Avoid the restaurant! I ordered a big American breakfast and half the items (hash brown, bacon, orange juice) were missing. When I asked for them, the waitress simply told me that they didn't have them and didn't offer a substitutions or anything. Quite disappointing, because the rest of the hotel was superb!

“Nice place, but internet issues”

Clean place, and good location- near the madinat Zayed Shopping Center and walking distance to the Corniche. Lots of bus lines in the area too. Staff is friendly, professional, and courteous, but not very knowledgeable about local shops. Internet is the biggest issue. Wireless is only found in the lobby. Rooms have a wired internet connection, so make sure to bring your own ethernet cable. To log into the internet, you have to get a password from the front desk, then you have to open the hotel's website in your browser to enter the password. If there is a problem, it may take their busy staff at least an hour to respond. Otherwise, there are computers and a printer in the business center. It's one of the cheaper Abu Dhabi hotels, but still expensive for a budget traveler. If you're looking for a hostel, the most similar thing in Abu Dhabi is Reem Village on Al Reem Island.
