“A true five star experience”

This is one of the best places in the world for a relaxing vacation. It has everything one might possibly want for a great vacation, from the heated pool to great restaurants. I loved also the tropical fruit guide available in every villa, so you can order (free!) fresh tropical fruits every morning. The views are amazing. Nothing better than to have a good coffee (also free) in your own private yard overlooking the Acapulco bay.

“Was average for that level of hotel.”

Who wouldn't like to be here? Yes. Amazing in many ways. But shouldn't it be for the brand and what you pay? So I am not going to go gaga over a view, an espresso maker, or a plunge pool. Having staff say "hello". Um, not something I didn't expect. Nice hotel but not memorable enough to entice you to return. This hotel was great in certain ways, but made me only think of other places I wanted to return to that did it better. Design was a bit soulless and failed to bring unison to this resort. Could have been the inferior design elements. Who knows. Just lacked that something that will make you want to be back "here" and not over there.
