We have had no power for more than 4 hours, we have to take the stairs from floor 17th up and down. No internet due to the loss of power, and I had to postpone an important meeting. NO AC at that time and the heat was horrible. Also, there is no AC at all in the lobby and other areas. The only good thing is the staff that is very friendly and nice.

My stay here was terrible!!! One of the nights the power went out a place like this should have a back up generator. My bathroom also flooded and dark water was coming out of shower, toilet and hand sink. Luckily the bathroom had floor drains. My wife called front desk about they issue and she said they hung up on here before she can even finish. The staff is rude and look like they don’t want to work there. Great hotel for the price! However, my stay would’ve been a lot more positive if I hadn’t found a cockroach in our room. Unfortunately, when I reported this issue, the solution given to me was for someone to go clean my room at 12am when in my opinion, would do nothing unless there were pest control chemicals or professionals. After I told the front desk person that solution wouldn’t work and I required other rooms, she looked a little upset but did it anyways. Regardless of the issue, there was a solution but this is an issue no one wants to ever have and it compromised our rating for this hotel unfortunately and my sleep. However, pretty friendly staff and great view of the beach!

Hotel needs a revamp. Elevators need work so that they are efficient. Usually waiting 5-10 min for elevator. Staff are friendly and nice. We had a good time overall because they upgraded us for free. But I could see the run down parts of the hotel. Which is too bad since the location is great.

Check in, didn’t want to give me the room because the reservation said two adults and I was with my minor son. For Pool towels you need to leave your ID with the attendant otherwise they won’t give you any towels. Shower floor was flooded.

When we arrived there were hundreds of people at the pool area. All Mexican families with children. There was not a single chair/deck chair available. It was like this every day. That was really disappointing as we had never imagined that a hotel could be packed like that! Otherwise the hotel is not bad.

No iron, ragged towels, old furnishings, hard pillows, a woman got stuck in an elevator, lights bulbs needed replacing in the room, pools closed at 8PM. Staff and price was very good, but this once fine property is now a low budget hotel

The hotel has roaches. The roaches were in the bed as well and on the floor. They have poor service. We have pictures of.the roaches. The processing our refund that we paid $300.00 dollars extra. And they overcharged us.

I like the environment and the pool area. Our room had AC issues and TV was not working at first but everything was fixed after complaining. This hotel does need an update or remodel but other than that it’s a nice place to hangout for a day or 2.

One window in the room was barely holding on and leaking a lot of air and noise from the street. Seems like air conditioners never see new filters(if it has any). Most of the things that are attached to walls are falling off. At the beach, waiter are more interested to sell stuff than clean up after customers. Equipment is very dirty(not from dust or sand). Internet is beyond horrible!!!(bad signal in rooms, slower than turtle speed)

This Hotel is very old and does not look like what the pictures show. The hall ways had a very bad smell and the Mattress Was old and stained very badly. I will never rent from this hotel again.
