El hotel está impecable. Las habitaciones muy cómodas. El personal súper amable. Costo beneficio excelente. En la Mañana te dejan café fruta y pan como cortesía. Es un detalle que ningún hotel pone. Y por si fuera poco ponen otra cortesía de canapés a media tarde entregado en la habitación

My room was in front of a high way and it was noisy all day long. They told me they were going to deliver a free small breakfast and it was only coffe and bread, not even fruit, I didn’t take it the bread didn’t look good. I couldn’t rest properly and the bathroom really need some remodeling the rest was nice and clean but the bathroom and amenities are so old

The property has one of if not the best view of Acapulco bay. The service is superb. Few things that could be improved is spraying for aunts on balcony and pool area. And having sections of the property as adults only. We were on a couple only trip but had families with children on each side of our casita. Too noisy to sit on our balcony

La propiedad está bien pero me sentí insegura por un sujeto que me tomó una foto y me cuestionó de donde venía y cuando era mi último día de hospedaje y tenía muchos interés en mi por eso solo estuve una noche al otro día salí porque solo era yo y mi nieta y me sentía insegura aparte me cambiaron la habitación en el ultimo momento me dieron una habitación que no me gusto estaba muy solitaria

The views are to die for! And the casita with the private pool is amazing. Note that anywhere you want to go to, you’ll need a car: either the jeep for moving around the property or the van for taking you to the beach club. Also, hard to explore outside of the property without a car. It wasn’t relevant for us since our idea was to enjoy the hotel that totally worths it. Staff, transportation and room service are super efficient!

First visit to Acapulco
The resort was clean, nice and the entire staff were friendly, courteous and nice. And the beach club was an unexpected addition we didn’t know the resort had. It was an amazing experience.

Nice quiet hotel to relax and enjoy the beautiful view of acapulco bay. Love the employees treatment everybody were very nice . The hotel cleanest is perfect . The beach club beautiful personel nice and very clean and pleasant . Be back next year

A truly great place. Our Casita with a private pool was exceptional. Daily pastries and coffee delivered to our room. The view was great. The staff was exceptional and catered to our every request.

This is one of the most unique properties anywhere. We have been going there for 8 years and this was our 6th trip to this resort. We have met friends there over the years. The staff is TOP notch-they can't do enough to please you. Fresh flowers in your pool daily, And if you stay in the Junior Suite level or higher, you get daily canapes delivered each afternoon at a time of your choice. Private swimming pools, cold AC, Extremely comfortable beds, crisp, white sheets, nice toiletries, in-room safe, and the room service is amazing! You can order pitchers of sangria to be delivered to your casita! A personalized sign out in front of your casita with your name on it if you stay in Junior or master suite level. Just stunning views from any casita. The Beach club, La Concha, is absolutely wonderful. Swim-up bar, beach area, swimming pools (Natural fed by the sea AND regular HIGHLY recommend!!! 10 stars!! Oh! And they drive you around the resort in pink and white jeeps. Everything is pink and white! Paradise!!

Beautiful view and is clean. It's a bit old but they did a good job on maintenance. Renting a Jeep to get around is a good option. The front desk doesn't really speak English and she kept giving me wrong answers and acting like she understood me. I'd suggest customers prepare some 20 or 50 notes for tipping. The staff is nice but you can tell they're looking for tips haha
