“Beautiful view of the bay”
Nice hotel overall. Definitely worth the price. Great service.
“A VERY BAD OPTION”
It was less than I expected, service is not good and the hotel is uncomfortable and tired because it is in a hill, and you need go down to the beach and go up to your room. Meal are not bad but not too good. I don´t really like this. There are many better options to stay.
“Good Hotel”
Everything was OK. Hotel needs more room for parking car and not to charge for it.
“Worst Honeymoon ever!!”
This was the worst hotel ever. Food was horrible, the rooms were very tiny and the bed was like sleeping on a rock. Not a pleasant place at all. Location was bad too, not near center of town - too far from everything.
“Ok”
This hotel is not a bad resort if you are getting a good price. There are only two bars, one in the pool and one in the lobby. There are 3 restaurants. A breakfast/dinner buffet, a lunch buffet, and a dinner Italian restaurant. Overall the food was very bland and unexciting. But edible. Our room was decent. Had a nice view. We had AC issues that were fixed after the second request. They responded both times; however they did not fully resolve until the second attempt. The resort seemed to be more of a Spanish speaking destination. There were few American vacationers on site and often times communicaiton was in Spanish. I am ok with this, just an FYI as if you are expecting this to be like Cancun; it is not. Overall an average to below average resort. The staff was very friendly and we had a blast, but there is not a lot to do and the food is sub-par.
“Primarily Spanish speaking resort”
lovely people but very few spoke English and that was limited as well.
“Attention to details”
Don't expect much from the food, some days is amazing, most of them are "ok". Drinks are great, but they don't have cranberry juice!! wow... besides that, everything is clean, the views from the hotel are wonderful. I asked if they could change me the decorative pillows, since they smelled terrible... and that was from the first minute I arrived to the hotel, everyone very courteous, but they were never changed, i would've throw them away if i could.
“Looked good in writing, but disappointing”
I am by no means trying to shut down this resort but...the hotel hosts so many people at a time that the small private beach and bar pool are always full. Same with the restaurants unless you are there the second they open them. There is also too many personnel trying to convince you of time shares. Half the time their wireless signal was off because of technical problems, but couldn't fix it because their tech person was gone for the day!! Hotel location is terrible from the main downtown/party areas. You need to get a taxi from the hotel (which charge more) because it is away (very away) from the main street. The only good thing about this hotel is the friendly service of the waitresses/waiters and the bartenders.
“Perfect family hotel!!”
This hotel is for the family that can embrace the culture. It is not a Cabo or Cancun type of hotel. It was clean, the beach was small but nice and the food was superb! The only thing was that the health equipment was an extra cost. They would get more people if they made it part of the inclusive cost. The staff couldn't have been nicer.
“You enyoy what you pay”
the best of this hotel is the location.
