“Very Good bargin”

I just returned from being at this hotel, and must say that at 3 stars, I feel that it is very underrated. I have been fortunate to have been able to do quite a bit of traveling, so feel that I do have a basis for comparing this hotel to others I have visited, and will say that I found nothing negative about my stay. The staff was courteous and friendly, the service prompt, the grounds well kept, and the food to be of an above average quality.

“Perfect family hotel!!”

This hotel is for the family that can embrace the culture. It is not a Cabo or Cancun type of hotel. It was clean, the beach was small but nice and the food was superb! The only thing was that the health equipment was an extra cost. They would get more people if they made it part of the inclusive cost. The staff couldn't have been nicer.

“Relaxation in Paradise”

We got reservations here after the hurricane changed our original plans for Cozumel. Having never been to the west coast of Mexico, we weren't entirly sure what we were in for. It turned out to be a wonderful location. Our room looked out on Acapulco Bay and the resturants on site had the same view. My wife and I found the staff to be very friendly and courteous. We never felt out of place or snubbed because of our all inclusive bracelets. The pool facilities were also wonderful. We found it to be very relaxing. The weather was beautiful, the locals friendly, and the food was awesome. All of this on the busiest week of the year in Acapulco. A definate must for those wanting to get away and relax.

“Great Place for families”

This is a lovely resort, good food, beautiful scenery, easy to get to, quiet and clean. This is a great place for families but not so great for the younger set looking for excitement or entertainment. I would go back even without the night life, its a great place to relax.

“Very pleased”

Hotel was nice and food was not bad. We weren't as impressed with La Trattoria Restaurant as some other reviewers. El Pescador by the pool was very good, but we only got a chance to eat there once. Snack bar was very convenient and good - don't be shy to ask for a double cheeseburger if you are hungry :)We mainly ate at the Bahia restaurant. It was very good: the breakfast had a lot of options and omelet chef was awesome. Dinner was good on all nights accept Mexican night, we didn't care for most of it. Staff everywhere is nice, but front desk sometimes acts as if they are too bored to help you. Since we were warned from previous reviews it did not surprise us. We got 2 free bottles of water in our room every day,the room was clean. I gave room comfort a lower review because bed was hard and my pregnant self could not sleep, my husband did not have this problem. The view was wonderful and we had fun snorkeling off the beach. The pool bar staff was extremely nice. We did take their tour and speach for a free city tour. They are pretty good, but we got out of it without a penny spent. In the end, all in all we had a good time. If all inclusive is your thing this is a good place for you. After we tasted food in a town restaurant, I wish we'd opted to stay closer to old part of town without private beach, but closer to shopping and local restaurants.

“Nice place to go”

Park Royal is set on a hillside over looking Acapulco bay. It is clean, well maintained and the staff will go of their way to meet any need you might have. The resturants on site serve a variety of food to fit any tastes. The spa services on site are quite nice. The only complaint I would be internet access and the beds are hard.

“Perfect for relaxing!!”

It's a hotel that offers you all the benefits that you are looking for: food, beverages, recreation. It's a little far away for the bars, but it doesn't care, they have the transportation that you request.

“A Real Beach Front Mexican Resort”

We have traveled to many parts of the world and this was the most relaxing vacation of them all. Being "all inclusive" made it so relaxing. Never having to dig out money, or sign slips to charge the room for drinks, food, or tips cuts stress more than I realized. The price was very reasonable for being all inclusive. The resort was a real tropical paradise. So many guest rooms placed perfectly over the mountainside. Beautiful foliage throughout and all the way down to the quiet bay beach. Endless food at all the buffets for all meals. The entire staff treated us like loving family, with genuine caring smiles! Being from the U.S.A. that was really appreciated. The other guests were great too. Families with kids that really enjoyed all the pathways to explore, lovers enjoying the pools, beach and views, retired guests relaxing and smiling. It was a beautiful estate where we could really relax and enjoy the paradise of Acapulco. Perfect views where ever we looked.
