“One of the Best on the beach”
overall the hotel was good, Great Location on the beach, there were some heavy delays with thier valet service and front desk, it does need a renovation the remote to our TV never worked after requesting a new one over three times, and the paint on the wall is chipping everywhere, Good Housekeeeping service
“My bad experience in Playas suites acapulco”
Definitly i had a bad experience in this hotel and i would never come back...

The air conditioning needs to work better. The dinning room closes at 10:30 and should be open longer.

This hotel is good if you are looking for a cheap place to party during spring break. If you are looking for comfort, cleanliness, or good food though, don't come here.
“Great stay for spring break”
Hotel was perfect, shared a room with 2 others. Perfect layout, and if you get a room with the view of the beach and the pool. which we did, you feel that your in the center of everything. Was perfect location along the beach, great tours etc availble and when you felt like you wnate dot be off spring break and on a normal holiday. You could go shopping in the Mall for a new bikini or eat some top class food. Staff were great, and when our shower broke they fixed it really quickly. Only negative - shower wasn't that great. But great stay for the money. If we ever go back, Playa suites is the one!
“Good hotel for the money.”
We have stayed at Playa Suites several times and always had a good experience. However, we were disappointed to see this year that the swim up bar had been removed and concrete had been filled in where the nice bar used to be. The beds aren't the most comfortable in the world but for the price of the room, we can deal with it.
“good hotel to return to”
the rooms were very clean, but they do need some remodeling, although we were very comfortable. Service form maids and serevers was exceptional.
“Complex was nice - rooms were dirty”
We arrived late at night and were very tired after a long day of travel. We expected waterfront rooms with a balcony. We were assigned waterfront suites room, poolside. Rooms were dirty. There were no towels. Floors had not been mopped and there was trash in the trashcans. The sliding door and the hinged door in one of the rooms were broken. It took a bit of effort to secure them once we had opened them. I regret that I did not go back to the front desk and request to be moved. The hotel was very busy (January 2) and we were doubtful that we would be assigned any better rooms. The next day, we found that the complex was quite nice. Great Breakfast buffet. Nice beach, though quite crowded.
