“Can't wait to go back again!”
This trip was very good...from reservation (Expedia) until check-out. No further comments necessary. I would recommend this hotel without any doubt.

“I wanna go back now!”
From the moment my guest and I arrived at the property, I felt like I was at my new home away from home. The open air lobby was majestic and it was nice how they tied in the local emphasis on arts and culture with almost every step you took. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. The only hiccup we experience was on our last day at the hotel trying to obtain postage for a few postcards. YES we will stay again the Pearl Tower of the Acapulco Princess. Yes I recommend the property to friends. YES I will be back as soon as I can.
“A hotel from 70s, a service from 70s”
The Hotel is old (from 70's) but you can live with that since it is a nice facilitie, nice pool and excelent location. However, the Service is also from 70's and it doesn't worth whay you pay! :(
“Acapulco's Best Hotel”
Acapulco's Best Hotel
“Excellent”
Excellent service and staff. They gave us an upgrade to a better room fsince we arrived, cause they´ve got a convention and had a lot of people. A very good option for the money spended.
“Old rooms, nice pool and beach area”
The rooms are very old. It's incredible how old is the TV. Not a 5 stars hotel. The pool area and beach club are very nice
“Vacation Time”
I really enjoyed our stay. It is a beautiful hotel. we would consider staying at the hotel again if we vacationed in Acapulco. The food was very good. Staff was very friendly and helpful.
“Nice stay”
Nice hotel. Although crowded due to high season, service was good. Food and drinks are bit high so going outside for dinner and drinks is not a bad idea.
“NICE HOTEL, BUT BE PREPARED TO SPEND, SPEND, SPEND!!”
We stayed at the hotel with my husband over the holy week break in Mexico. The hotel is very nice, staff is fairly friendly, the hotel is beautifully landscaped and has quite a few pools, and cabanas on the beach which you can reserve. Our room was beautiful, we stayed at newer Pearl Tower Room. However, the downside of the visit is that food and drinks are ridiculously expensive at the hotel. There is also a charge for valet parking, which is the only kind of parking they have available, which means you need to tip the valet everytime he brings your car around, additional to what you are paying for parking per day. My husband tried their fitness center and was shocked that they charged for that too. In conclusion, would recommend it, however be prepared to spend, spend, spend!!
