Excellent for families

Pros: Location, and family type and people
Cons: Extra charges on parking lot, gym and internet also remodel rooms in some cases too old
Location: Close to golf which I used and it is very good courses
Great hotel for families and very good ambiance and location. I was pleased with this and my kids and wife were two. This is my 5th time here but I was 4 years ago my last time. However this time my drawbacks are that they charge the parking lot which they did not before, they charge the gym, and the internet and they never tell you at check inn so it is uncomfortable and unpleaseant. also my car was scratched by the valet service altough the front desk was understading of this and approached the problem and solved it fine

Budget hotel, not 4 stars hotel

We were sent to the worst area, got a horrible room. Smelled like insecticide and in terrible conditions. Not a hotel that expedia should recommend. The pictures did not match what we got. We were transferred to another hotel.

It is an old hotel too expensive for the facilities, the restaurants too expensive; the opened spaces are good; the beach is good... The attention is good...but the rooms too old...

unfriendly stuff, hotel rooms need update

Pros: NOTHING. IT IS A WASTE OF THE MONEY.
Cons: EVERYTHING.
partical ocean view but once on terrance and have a look down it is all dirty with soda cans etc on the roof from the bottom floor. disgusting. rooms old. bathroom small. when you are getting to your room you feel pretty much you are in a motel style facility. staff very unfriendly and nasty and cold. breakfast buffet horrible for price and such a facility. service personnel ok. I AM FEQUENTLY IN ACAPULCO BUT ONCE AND NEVER AGAIN THIS HOTEL. IT IS A MOTEL.

Been here many times and the stay is always good. Very friendly and hospitable staff. Clean and well maintained facility. Good restaurants. Very nice pool and beach areas.

Very nice and relaxing hotel to the beach

Pros: Three pools with very different environment. Quiet but still a lot of life with young families. Low rise buildings avoid mass tourism.
Cons: Service at the snack restaurant should be quicker
Definitively the address to stay in Punta Diamante, Acapulco. This part of the beach is beautiful but beware of the ocean, currents and waves are very strong. Very gentle and service oriented staff. This has been a again great stay (we already stayed there 2 years ago).

The hotel was ideal for small children. With 3 pools there was never overcrowding in any of the pools, and the fact that they put on an outdoor movie every night made the transition from pool time to sleep time much easier for very tired parents.

Nice hotel for a vacation. Facilities are old but the maintenance is great. Staff is incredible and always trying to please you. My only observation is that for the second time I arrive to the hotel with a confirmed reservation for two double beds and I get a king size bed with an additional old and hard bed. It seems expedia confirmations are not respected.
