Nice and quiet and just a touch outside of Catania, so easy to travel the surrounding area like to Aci Castello and to Mt. Etna. Great staff will to help when ever asked for certain information! Great customer service and breakfast was fantastic, there baked on site assorted croissants were outstanding!

Nice hotel, out of season so maybe that’s why it was a bit dead. No pool bar, when we ordered drinks via QR code nobody came. Beds quite uncomfortable and definitely need a car if staying at this hotel

A nice hotel with a fantastic sea view setting that provides real value for the cost. The rooms are average. The double bed consists of two single mattresses pushed together. The mattress was a plus as it was firm. The shower did have strong water pressure with a rainfall shower head and wand. Another plus was the breakfast buffet and breakfast room on the 4th floor with a view to the sea. They actually had eggs: hard boiled and scrambled which we found to be rare in Sicily. Skip the bacon as it tastes like shoe leather. All in all, a pleasant stay and a pleasant hotel.

The hotel and staff were excellent and we were made to feel very welcome. The only downside to this hotel is that it is somewhat isolated, it's about 2km from the coast and has no shops or restaurants within walking distance. So you need a car - otherwise a great place to stay.

Beautiful Catania
Very kind at check-in. We were able to check in early and had a brilliant day hiking into Catania city centre and back. We saw so many beautiful views and lived the central square. The only downside was being below a noisy conference centre and lots of squeaky chairs and conversation noise from 6-9 pm.

Good location to visit the Sicily's east coast. Staff frendly and accommodating. Would have scored them slightly higher if they hadn't cocked up our room type reservation but to be fair they sorted that and moved us to the balcony room that we had booked the next day.

Nice but confusing, with a number of faults.
Unusual place about 10km from Catania near Aci Castello, requiring a shuttle bus to travel into the nearby village, and quite an expensive taxi ride from Catania airport/train station. Appears modern, with the air of a premium hotel, but a lot of little quirks seem to let it down. Some of the service was incredibly poor and unhelpful, while other staff were really nice, and the facilities open at strange times (like the pool shutting at 7pm) or are not open at all. Lot of up to date technological aspects which are great, but also somewhat confusing, but overall the place is nicely decorated and modern. The hotel seems generally confused about what their customer base should be.

Dear Alice, We are sorry to hear that you did not like our location, one of our best quality is to be based on a hill and far from the chaotic center of Catania, in a little oasi. However we do provide a shuttle bus service to the nearest towns and also to the train stations, you can however take the bus from one the two nearest town (where we can drop you off) and it does go to the center of Catania. Regarding the pool almost all the Hotels close the pool for the evening time, it is something very common specially when we provide a life guard during the opening time. Beautiful modern quiet but a bit remote from airport need car, as no shuttle from airport, and the only place we would stay if here again

Great position of hotel, high on hillside overlooking coast of Acitrezza and with distant views of Capomulini. Glad we had hire car to explore local areas rather than relying on hotels’ (free) shuttle bus. Tasty breakfast ibuffet tems but hot items (eggs etc) not really hot enough. Live music a nice touch but 12 midnight finish on first night arrival an hour too late in my opinion.

Excellent stay in Catania area
Overall the property is very nice and one of the best places I have stayed. First time to Sicily and could not have asked for a better place to stay in Catania. A lot of different areas within an hour drive if wanting to explore, balcony overlooking the sea, and helpful staff. Only downside I found was the shower was on the smaller side, which after visiting other hotels in Italy I would believe this is normal. Bathroom was very nice, just could use a little more room to move around in shower. Would not let this from keeping me to come back for another stay are recommending it to anyone I know.

Quiet relaxing hillside location.
Lovely hotel, very quiet in evenings. Amazing views. Buffet breakfast, very continental, bread, cakes, meats, cereal, tea coffee & juice. Very spacious rooms, all staff very friendly. Definitely need a car to get to hotel, up some windy hills, but worth it. Would stay at again.

The view is phenomenal, if you get the right room. The servers at breakfast were busy, efficient, and friendly. We enjoyed the choices at breakfast. American hotels are not the best for breakfast, but the pastries, yogurt, fruit, fresh bread and meat and cheese were great! The cappuccinos were delicious!

Great Hotel
The hotel is excellent, very helpful and friendly staff and an ample breakfast buffet. The room was spacious and clean and the view from our upgraded room was gorgeous, The hotel is a bit difficult to find, particularly at night even with GPS and their fitness room is minimal and could use a make over but overall, I can highly recommend this hotel.
