“Flea Ridden”

Got there and everything seemed okay. Staff was nice and helpful, room was quiet. Woke up the next morning to find fleas jumping on my legs. Many flea bites later and I was at the front desk letting them know about this problem. Rather than apologize, the clerk merely shrugged when I told him about the flea problem. He did not offer any recompense and apology. If a hotel is going to allow pets, they need to follow up on those guests' rooms and make sure they are clean before allowing additional guests to use the room. If they can't do this, then they need to train their staff to handle such problems better. I expected more from a hotel in this price range, and will not return. I suggest other avoid it and try some of the other similarly priced hotels in the area.
