“Nice budget accommodation”

Really friendly staff and very helpful, happy to go out of their way to give you a hand. Hotel is more of accommodation above a pub rather than a proper hotel, but stay only if you would like this experience.

the staff were friendly and welcoming with plenty of time to help out. the rooms were clean and tidy and the service in the restuarant and bars was great, warm and inviting.

“Value for Money”

Ambassadors Hotel has done a lot of miles and it shows in places. Nevertheless, we didn't go to Adelaide to live inside a hotel and for our purposes we found it comfortable, clean, extremely well placed for getting around the town, and the staff were responsive, helpful, friendly and courteous at all times. For the price, it was excellent value and we would certainly stay there again.

“Great location and value for money”

Great spot- close to restaurants/shops/transport. Good room size too. A tad dated but value for money out weighs this.

“Cheap and Old”

Very basic but cheap old hotel in centre of city. Staff very helpful. Room seem to date back from the 70's with the odd hole in wall , poor lighting etc. Nice saloon bar. Some rickety charm. Would stay again but only with a cheap deal.

“Easter Stay”

Not like the photo's on their web site,rooms old and need updating. We were not told of a 21st birthday happening directly under our room on the Saturday night ,music drove us mad and did not finish until 1 am. Would look for somewhere else next time. David

“Correct for short stay”

The room was correct but need refreshment for the bathroom. Otherwise the hotel is correct and close to everything

“Not great, not bad, just ok.”

For the price, the hotel is just what I would expect. Not to bad, not great, the word OK sums it up nicely. The air conditioner did nothing and being on the top floor on a hot night it was needed. The beds were comfortable and the room was a bit dusty but clean enough.

“Not satisfied”

I booked a upstairs double room and to get to the room i had to take the lift to second floor and walk a long distance through many corridors and climb the stairs to the next floor. So not Satisfied with room location and the toilets was old and not clean. In addition, the tv and aircon share the same plug point so only one of it can be used at a time. The exhaust outlet was just outside the window so it was noisy. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.
