Good location, plenty car park space

Posted Jul 20, 2014
Pros: The location
Cons: The housekeeping, we had dirty towels given to us.
Location: It's near the tram station, there's a fantastic playground across the hotel, we are near the central market and restaurants.
Bed sheets were not changed until we asked for it to be done. The bathroom were full of black mould and we came home really sick. The hotel is not well maintained, and the heater does not work very well.

Good for the price

Very handy to eating places and easy walk into the CBD. Entry to car park can be easily missed! Must go next door to register. Staff helpfull. Bond $100 hmmm!? Would probably stay again, when next in Adelaide!

Cheap City Accommodation

Posted Jul 1, 2014
Pros: Clean, conveniently located, cheap.
Cons: Heating. Couldn't choose the heat setting and it was set far too low for the weather.
Location: Extensive playground across the road in the South Parklands.
Conveniently located to public transport and a range of eateries. The air conditioner was set at 19C, which considering how cold and damp it was outside, was far too low for comfort.

Good location, but very old and run down

Posted Jun 17, 2014
I was concerned when I entered the room with how old and tired it was, but it was clean. Great location, cheap and I guess I got what I paid for.

Home away from Home

Posted Jun 9, 2014
Pros: Familiar
Cons: Shower/bathroom facility
Frequent stayer at motel. 25-30 min walk to city CBD, 5 min walk to tram. Quiet, pleasant view of south parklands. Hotel staff good to deal with.

Needs a spruce up

Posted Jun 3, 2014
Pros: Helpful staff.
Cons: The carpets need cleaning or replacing and not enough time is available for the cleaners to give the rooms a good going over.
Location: We enjoyed being able to take the tram to Glenelg Beach.
The motel is well situated near the tram line. Facilities are a bit tired and need tidying up.

Close to city center

Posted May 29, 2014
It was an average hotel that did not deliver on the average. Room was not cleaned properly, Bathroom and shower was dirty, Entrance door was filthy on the outside as where the windows. the cigarette butts on the landing must have been an added bonus. So was I happy no! would I go back? No enough said

Very friendly staff, close to city mall and tram

Posted May 13, 2014
Pros: We were met by a very friendly staff member. He was very approachable when we asked for directions.
Cons: Maybe some more cutlery and crockery.
Location: As stated previously.
Excellent location as we were able to walk to tram stop and ride the free tram to the markets and city tram. Excellent parking.
