Centrally placed with huge suitesPosted Mar 15, 2015
The management sent me a text as I was settling into my window seat for the Adelaide flight to remind me the reception would be closed. A key was waiting in the combination lock box at the entrance from the street. Very efficient and considerate. Extremely central location. My apartment was old and a bit tatty but comfortable and clean. The free internet was, well, free but slow as a wet week. Reasonable value for the price.

Grand and imposing central 1912 apartment blockPosted Mar 9, 2015
Pros: The central position, the grand atmosphere and the friendly and helpful staff.
Cons: Apartments are gradually being renovated and brought up to the same standard. The carpet in our apartment was a bit grubby (it was a very light beige)
Location: The apartments are very close to Rundle Mall, the Art Gallery, the Museum, the State Library and Botanical Gardens. Buses stop outside.
A friend and I stayed for eight nights for the Writers' Week in a family apartment with a very large bedroom and lounge with open plan kitchen. We were on the top floor and the apartment had very high ceilings and a balcony overlooking Poultney Street. The apartment was grand and palatial and was a delight to relax in. The well-equipped kitchen meant we could self-cater and two supermarkets were very close by. The overall impression was of a grand, stately English house - set in the city centre.

Ideal location for exploring AdelaidePosted Feb 18, 2015
Pros: The staff were very high helpful and friendly
Cons: Perhaps one of the flooring needs replacing.
Location: Art galleries, museums and shopping malls all within walking distance. Bus stops very close too.
Booked a 10 night stay because it was centrally located. Close to galleries and museums, also near to Rundle Mall. Very pleased with my accommodation, had a lovely comfortable doubles bed. Separate lounge area, good bathroom, adequate kitchen. Staff were most helpful, even able to tell me which buses to go use. Very happy stay.

not quite as expectedPosted Dec 17, 2014 on Hotels.com
big and spacious, very tired and quite grotty, stained carpet and exhaust fans that ran continously, after enquiering told that they do not turn off, very noisy
