Very spacious and comfortable, the bed mattress gave us the best nights sleep we had in ages! Super central to the city but very private and quiet.

I was placed in a room that adjoins another without any heads up that the adjoining room will be also occupied. The adjoining room had a loud private party going (vaping smells wafting into my room) until 1.30am then a loud domestic argument between the remaining two in the adjoining room continued until 5.30am. There was screaming, yelling and abuse without any attempt to temper the volume in any way. There is NO OVERNIGHT STAFF so one is left to employ their own devices to regulate such disruptions at there own risk. After informing management in the morning regards the disruption and verbal abuse next door, interrupting sleep until 5.30am Management agreed to change my room however there was no offer to provide a refund or any form of compensation for a night of lost sleep and exposure to partying vaping and verbal abuse.

Although our front desk is not manned over night, we do have a 24 hour manned phone line and are always able to assist.We had received the call at 6am regarding the noise and were able to move you into a new room for the remainder of the stay. Again my sincere apologies and if you are travelling back to Adelaide, please reach out to our management team and we can assist you further.

My apartment was at the back of the building overlooking the lane way. It was quiet as far as outside noises were concerned however other guests kept slamming their doors so internal noises were irritating - especially at 4.30am on Sunday morning! That said the apartment was roomy and overall clean enough - although the shower could have done with an extra scrub in my opinion. Check-in was great with friendly staff and there was a secure box to leave my key when I left at 7am. I have no hesitation in recommending this accommodation. Especially as it is so convenient to the shopping in Rundle Mall!

We highly recommend Quality Apartments. All staff were very friendly and helpful, the room was well appointed and clean, the bed super comfortable and the location fantastic. We would definitely stay again.

We had the one bedroom spa apartment and it was very well maintained and renovated! The spa bathroom is huge and amazing!

Deep cleaning of the bathroom floors is required. Floors were stained giving it a dirty look. Toilet cistern was dirty and visible (area between water tank and the cover to the tank)
