OK Hotel, Virtually Impossible to Find Using GPS

Pros: Nice room, quiet, comfortable bed.
Cons: The hotel absolutely needs to solve the problem that entering their stated address on GPS doesn't get you there. Bathroom floors are slippery.
Location: Hotel is located in a wasteland just off the freeway, with nowhere to walk to, no restaurants or metro transportation nearby.
The hotel was fine, but finding it was a real problem. Entering the offical hotel address, Avenida de la Hispanidad 2-4, on GPS initiates a wild goose chase. We finally located the hotel only by returning to the airport after an hour of futility, and following the Hilton bus from there to the hotel. The hotel staff tiredly admitted that this a constant problem, and gave us a completely different address to enter on GPS in order to find the hotel in the future. This is a pivotal problem that hotel management appears to be clueless in resolving, other than giving out a completely different address to enter on GPS to those who do manage to get there. An indication mangement there is definitely not up to Hilton standards.

I loved this hotel and I would go back in a heartbeat, but I really think there should be free WiFi in the rooms. 25 € per night for a mediocre connection is a bit steep. Aside from this, the rooms are immaculate, the service desk is very helpful and speaks English well. Thank you for a pleasant experience.

Modern hotel very close to Madrid Airport

My husband and I stayed here prior to flying to US the following morning. Hotel staff were excellent, very helpful. The hotel is very clean and ultra-modern. The lobby and public spaces are beautiful and convenient. The gym looked nice and new, although I didn't get a chance to use it during my short stay. The bar had good food, although pricey for Madrid standards. The room is comfortable and large. The bed was a king, but not super-comfortable. The bathroom was very clean but super-modern with a weird open layout into the sleeping area, without a traditional door. There is a free shuttle to airport every 20 minutes during the day. Overall, an excellent hotel and very convenient to airport, especially if you are traveling in the morning and want less hassle getting to the airport.

Ideal for Airport

Pros: Staff. Location. Restaurant.
Cons: Remove wifi charge.
Location: ideal for motorway and airport.
Stayed overnight before flying out the following day, very convenient for both airport and motorway. Service provided by and attitude of staff were excellent. Restaurant is very good. We had the Valentines a Day set menu which was first class. Room rate - very good value for money. Only criticism - charge for use of wifi. Overall - an excellent hotel ideally situated for the traveller.

Para llegar al Hotel hay que saberlo hacer de antemano o utilizar GPS, de lo contrario es muy complicado. Nos hemos beneficiado de una oferta más económica y no nos podemos quejar. Hemos encontrado agradable la piscina climatizada con sus chorros de hidromasaje. Existe un bar, pero no puedes ver un partido de futbol cómodamente.

Cons: I couldn't figure out the lighting and the fan made a whining sound on anything but low. neither were problems.
Location: Fly out and back to the US
I travel extendedly so I have many stays to compare this too. Last time I remember this kind of service and hotel amenities was coming out of Latvia and staying in the then new Hilton in Warsaw. the Hilton in Madrid Airport had wonderful accommodating staff and wonderful accommodations. all staff spoke English and could not have been more pleasant and helpful. We got in late and I hated to retire so early. the restaurant had just closed and the bar menu was limited. the hostess arranged to open the kitchen and let us order off the main menu. Just one example. everyone from the bell men to the desk staff went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed.

Pros: Man fühlt sich sehr gut aufgehoben.Unaufdringlicher Service,der immer in sehr freundlicher Art angeboten wird
Cons: Wohl weniger für Familien geeignet
Location: Nicht weit vom Fluhafen,aber gerade weit genug entfernt. In 25 min. zu Fuss ein grosses und gutes Shopping-Center
Sehr guter Empfang,ausgezeichneter Service,geht deutlich über das Übliche für Kunde3nservice hinaus.

They look at me like if I didn't have money they racist room service its awful and they charge me 48 euros breakfast is 40 euros and they have the same eggs churros bread and fruit I dislike this hotel strongly don't reccomended

Amazing Hotel

Very Close to the Madrid Airport, 5 minutes by taxi, the hotel provides free shuttle from/to the airport and Madrid City center. Friendly & helpful staff, very elegant, modern & spacious rooms. Breakfast was awesome had a lot of variety.

Close to airport

We stayed here cause my wife was flying out in 2 days the room was nice but the air conditioning was far from good. Very hot, also the staff was very nice but had my credit card tied up for $200 on a error when it was supposed to be only $50. I hope this works out.
