“Fabulous!!!!”

Hotel Katerins was fantastic!! The staff were amazing!! Giota was great and nothing was ever to hard for her.. My luggage was still with the airlines and Giota contacted the airport daily until my luggage was located. She then arranged for it to be delivered to me at the hotel the day I was leaving! Shops, beach and port just a short walk.. Definitely recommend hotel Katerina, however if your are looking for 5 star hotel, look elsewhere.. This hotel was clean, friendly and great for my stay, especially since I am a little bit of a princess!! Total recommend!! Thank you Hotel Katerina!!

“Not impressed”

The hotel room was very dark and dingy. It wasn't cleaned on the 1st day. When it rained there was a waterfall from the roof onto our balcony which kept us awake all night. The rain also came under the door and through the ceiling. The only positive thing was there was no mosquitos in the room where as other people in the hotel said there was loads in their rooms
