Terrible and I have back packed round Ghana.

When we arrived, the staff pretended we weren't booked. I got food poisoning and they literally could not care less. There was maintenance above our room starting at 7am. They said they could move us from a twin room (me and my friend) to a double. But no where else. Genuinely the worst place I have ever stayed. Booked for two nights and left after one.

Nice place but in need of a make over and paint job. Nice pool and private beach. Book if you get a nice deal.

Amazing feel at the hotel. Completely relaxing and the views from the rooms are excellent. Has a private beach section on the main promenade. Highly recommended for couples, friends and even families

Not a 5 -star hotel

Cons: Everything should be improved. Staff working with international tourists have to change their mentality and improve service.
A hotel is trying to adjust to the needs of international tourists but its policy is not very successful. Location. It is good, far from the main noisy places with a lot of locals and other tourists but they are still come to this territory. Rooms. Comfortable enough but we didn't see any bathrobes. Service. Very slow, in the morning all towels are taken away but new ones appear only after 4 p.m. It takes staff the whole day to clean a room and change towels. Food. If you come in the restourant too early ( at 7 o'clock) you take risk not to find, anything to eat. No pancakes, no fruit, no cheese. Nothing. Only fresh orange juice. Enjoy! Activities. A lot from volleyball to hotel dance and darts. This is the only thing I liked at that hotel.

Average hotel good for a boys holiday

Posted May 23, 2013
Pros: Spa and health club
Cons: Old decor and un approachable staff
Location: Good location near the beach and marina approx 10 min walk
The hotel is in a good location, but quiet old, it could certainly do with a make over, the breakfast was pretty average and some of the staff were not very approachable , the spa and and hammam were good quality and the staff there great, if I was going on a boys holiday than the hotel is recommended . But for a family stay there are other hotels which are much better quality and more modern hotels.

not worth staying here, better off else where.....

Pros: free wifi in reception lobby
Cons: everything else
Location: there are better situated hotels
Although this hotel was reasonably located well, however there were many others in a better location especially more closer to the beach. I would definitely not rate this hotel a 5 star but more 2/3 star. The size of the hotel is nice and grand but so is other. What lets it down is the condition of the hotel, the room, and service. Although we had free breakfast, this was not utilised after the first days experience as it was bland and boring, not worth it at all. Also, when I usually book through Expedia it includes all costs, however we were charged an extra £50 for all local taxes etc which Expedia did not make me aware of. This incurred additional credit card charges as we were not aware and had to pay by credit card. Only plus point is that there was free wifi in the reception lobby only.

The hotel is tired and in need of updating. There wasn't any hot water for a shower in the morning when I stayed.
