Nice hotel right on the beach

Posted Jul 21, 2014
Pros: very quiet, very spread out , staff friendly , location on beach
Cons: choice of food - especially healthy options
Location: surfing on the beach (although surf wasnt so good whilst we were there)
the hotel is very nice and spread out - was not busy as it was Ramadam, which we didnt realise, it was nice that it was not busy, but unfortunatley there was not a lot going on. The room was lovely and clean with great views of the sea. The staff are all very lovely and smiley faces. The food was a bit of a disappointment. Although a lovely buffet each evening, there was a distinct lack of healthy options. There was limited choice of healthy light snacks too. There is nothing near the hotel (restaurants, supermarkets shops etc) it really is quite isolated (which we knew before we went) the nearest town was about 10 minutes in taxi, but everything was shut because of Ramadam.

Great for surfers with high standards

Posted Jan 16, 2014 on Hotels.com
Very nice room, great facilities, however most services need to be paid extra (e.g. Haman), at certain days, the service is not that good (e.g. room not properly cleaned, waited 45 minutes to get a shower gel)

Pros: The Premium Suite was fabulous (the website photos don't do it justice) and the instructors in the surf school were especially friendly and helpful.
Cons: The overall package is excellent. The only thing lacking is attention to detail. This will no doubt improve in time, as staff become more experienced.
Location: The hotel is located on a superb beach with waves suitable for inexperienced surfers. Transport is needed to reach more demanding spots.
Having looked at many of the reviews, I chose the Paradis Plage as I wanted a good hotel outside of Agadir where I could relax and my son could learn to surf. It didn't disappoint. The hotel hasn't been open very long and is still building its client base. There was a relatively low level of occupancy during the week we were there. As a result, the staff were able to provide a closer more personal service than might otherwise be possible in a busier environment and they were always warm, friendly and helpful. My son took surfing lessons nearly every day, most on the hotel's beach, and made excellent progress. He didn't want to go home!

"Amazing" The best holiday I have had in years.

Posted Oct 14, 2013
Pros: Everything! The staff were wonderful. Nothing was a problem.
Cons: We found out towards the end of the holiday about the Moroccan menu. Great we found out them, however it was so delicious, wish we had known earlier
Location: Its about 30 mins from Agadir, where there are souks, malls, clubs, bars the lot. However, we didn't venture out much and loved being by the sea.
From the moment we walked into the hotel foyer, we knew we had made the right decision! It simply was beautiful. Our room was stunning and had the best view. The room was immaculate, and so was the hotel. We eat in the restaurant nearly every evening and tried almost everything on the menu - it was all lovely.

Good hotel - Relaxing stay

Posted May 7, 2013 on Hotels.com
A good hotel, very large comfy rooms, great yoga classes on the beach shalla. Good food - not a huge variety, but the restaurant menu was really well cooked. Pool was nice and the hotel is literally on the beach. If you're looking for somewhere to relax and sunbathe, this place is perfect. Service could be improved - there's no one to take orders around the pool area, the waiters seemed very disorganised and the staff on the front desk weren't particularly welcoming or friendly, there was no information given about the hotel or the surrounding area on check-in, so you feel like you're annoying them if you have to come and ask a question, and the driver who took me back to the airport drove very dangerously and was pretty rude. All that aside, it's a new hotel so I expect service will improve with experience. I would definitely come back.

Ocean/Waves Fantastic

Posted Apr 8, 2013
Cons: The buffet dinner; lack of choices , for example, should have included at least pasta and pizza for the dinner buffet offerings (for the kids, and me)
Location: Nice and quiet - lots of fun in the oean
Excellent hotel; accomodating staff and on the ball; nice rooms; fantastic ocean/waves - the buffet, not so good - lack of choice for eating outside the hotel also, so you're basically trapped at the hotel for food; also, no alcohol can be bought within a 40 minute drive of the hotel (need to go to Agadir#, so stock up on your own bottles before checking-in #yes, you can buy five Euro 25ml beers at the hotel, but that gets old fairly quick). Overall, great experience with the family.

Good clean hotel

Posted Nov 18, 2012
Pros: Room size
Cons: Food
Location: On the beach but no other villages within walking distance
The hotel is superb, clean, tidy & right on the beach. There is nothing near to the hotel which is a downside & the food served in the hotel is European & they only serve traditional Moroccan food on request - disappointing.
