“A beautiful experience from start to finish”

From the moment you arrive you are surrounded by a truly lovely environment and well-mannered and helpful staff. The decor, the layout and surroundings are all welcoming. Our room was on the 3rd floor with sea views. Each has a slightly different touch but all feature Moroccan decor, large comfortable beds and the smell of roses and jasmine everywhere. The staff are young, enthusiastic, well trained and extremely polite. Being young, some lack a bit of experience, but are keen to learn and to please. The spa facilities are first class as are the staff. We took a four-day package of treatments: pampered to bits for a very reasonable price. The hotel isn't on the beach but little more than 5 minutes on foot or 1 minute (and 50 cents) by orange cab. I can't imagine a nicer experience in Agadir - or elsewhere.
