Decsription of hotel is deceiving - not happy!

I do not recommend this hotel and suggest that hotels.com update their description immediately. Here is a list of gripes from my 1-week stay: 1) I reserved two rooms, however the manager overrode my reservation and put me and a colleague in a 1 bedroom apartment. My colleague was stuck sleeping on the couch and the manager refused to see what the issue was. On the 3rd night they finally moved us into two separate rooms. 2) Breakfast is not included. 3) Wifi is available in one public area - not all. 4) The parking advertised is not for the hotel -it's a public street. 5) AC in new unit blew warm air. The manager blamed me and recommended that I open up my windows. I've never had a worse night's sleep, going 4 additional nights sweating all night. 6) Laundry services are non-existent. When I asked about laundry I was directed by the manager to go to a laundry mat down the street. An awful experience and do not recommend this hotel, or the use of hotels. com. Regarding the latter, this was my first time using this site and I will not be using it again (or recommending its use).
