Hotel within budget and near Taj Mahal!!!!!!!!!!!!

Pros: Staff was pretty helpful and co-operative!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Hotel was nice and had all the facilities as mentioned on Expedia. Rooms are smaller in size and should not be rated as 3 star, also the breakfast timings mentioned in the Menu is from 6:30 AM but they do not take the order before 7:30 AM. They do not have all the items as shown in the menu and the roof top is nothing but just a thing to add. There were no lights, fan on the roof top when we went there at around 7:30 PM. Overall, the hotel is good but it is definitely not a 3 star hotel and they should try to have more items in their menu

Pros: Nothing......
Cons: Leaving the hotel asthetics....everything needs improvement........specially Room Service and response to the requests.......
Guys the room services are slower than Local Buses............I have ordered Dinner and it had took 1.5 Hours to get it in to my room....same case with the morning Tea.........The room service is very very Slow and disappointing.....

Don't go by the pic on the website...its a hotel on the fourth floor of a commercial building. One lift the also doesn't work properly. Rooms are nice but no restaurant of their own...so sad room service.

disappointing first impression

The hotel was hardly anything like what was shown on website.Ignorant staff,leaking AC,dirty room, no wi-fi facility(though shown while booking),atrocious plumbing stingy room service, buffet breakfast that wasn't but promised while booking the room, made the stay very unpleasant. The next day we were offered a different room as the AC was making wierd noises.We took the offer only to find the room to be slightly bigger than a cot.One of the worst experiences,spoiling our holiday mood.

The picture of the Hotel gives an impression that the hotel is a big hotel. While the fact of the matter is that there are only 10 rooms in that Hotel. The complimentary breakfast was not served in the restaurant but was served in the room. If i had not paid in advance i would have never checked in that hotel. I will make sure that henceforth i will only book Hotel which i am aware through Expedia. The first room were in we were checked in has a stinking bathroom so we had to change the room immediately. Overall it was a comprimising stay and NOT WORTH visiting.

Crystal Retreat stay

Location: restaurants and shops nearby, 30 mins walk to Taj Mahal
The crystal retreat was a little disappointing. The room was tired looking and needed a little TLC, the room had lots of mosquitos resulting in a very uncomfortable night. The breakfast was basic and they forgot to even give us tea / coffee. The lift was dodgy and unpredictable. The shower was awful and dribbled out with no power after having to wait 15 mins for the water to heat up. The staff were friendly and helpful which made a difference. Location was ok for seeing the Taj Mahal and Agra fort.

It is just 15 rooms on 4th floor of a bulding, the person at the reception did not know of our booking, as they switch off their computer at 10 pm and we made a late booking, this is what he told us. He asked for some advance payment,when told him that it is fully paid ,the person said it is not possible , when I said we booked throughhotels.com , he replied that expedia and hotes.co is the same thing. restaurant was closed at 9:30 and no room service was available. N parking facility is there and car has to be parked on the road ,ther is not even a security guard .Because of a lot of noice of vehicles and barking dogs could not have proper sleep.

This hotel is the worst one ever I saw. All sheets were dirty and we warn so they changed them unhappily. I think they are giving room to 5-6 people so they maybe change them. It was too cold and there is no heating. If you ask they give you a 30cm heater and this is trying to heat the room but it can't. Very noisy area, all traffic is 24 hours just in front of you. Bathroom is dirty and the boiler was too small. Stuff is not helpfull and wifi is not working in the room. Just in the lobby but there is cold too. If you want to come to Agra find an other hotel and be sure all details
