Nice hotelPosted Nov 26, 2013
Pros: The entire staff was so friendly and caring, made us feel welcome. We arrived at about 8PM, had supper on the rooftop. Nice atmosphere, good food
Cons: We had 2 rooms and the showers didn't have hot water. Breakfast was fair, but included in the price.
Location: Very close to the Taj Mahal, a pleasant 10 minute walk in the early morning.
We stayed here one night, just to be close to the Taj Mahal. It was a pleasant 10 minute walk early in the morning since we wanted to get there before the crowds. Because we had been up so early to see the Taj, the staff was kind enough to let us have a late departure for one of our rooms (2 hours) so that my 4 month old grandchild could sleep and be fed before leaving. Free internet, which was fast.

Cons: please put some more land board in the high way to their hotel.
Location: yes it is near to the entrance to the Thajmahal E gate.
Real we are searching this hotel more than 1 hr, no any boards dis-plied on the way of the town.

Nice hotel but bad servicePosted Nov 4, 2013
Pros: Rooms in excellent condition. Proximity to Taj. Taj tickets were available at reception, so saved a walk to the ticket counter.
The hotel room was in excellent condition and also close to Taj. But I have given low rating due to poor service by staff. It took them one hour to prepare and get food at the roof top restaurant. The quality of food was good. Most of the customers at this hotel are foreigners. Another thing that I observed was that the staff was only serving food at the restaurant to foreigners whereas we were expected to serve ourselves after the food was placed at our table. Also the breakfast menu is very oily. I recommend this hotel only if you are a foreigner. They were genuinely taking good care of non-Indians.

Nice hotel near the TajPosted Nov 1, 2013
Location: Great spot to base your visit to Agra.
We stayed overnight in Agra and the location of this hotel meant that we could walk to the Taj late in the afternoon and again early the following morning. In between we enjoyed dinner and local music on the rooftop which was very pleasant. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the service good and the staff very helpful, their advice was useful and local knowledge excellent.

Great hotel for visiting AgraPosted Oct 31, 2013
The staff were absolutely charming and the food was excellent! I travelled to Jaipur on the next day and when I arrived to my new hotel I noticed that I left my expensive headphones at the Taj Resort Agra! The hotel kindly organised a driver (free of charge!) to drop my headphones to Jaipur on the very next day! That is amazing customer service!

Not up to snuffPosted Oct 30, 2013
Pros: Proximity to the Taj Mahal was a plus and the staff were helpful and accommodating.
Cons: The facility need refurbishing. The air conditioning system is either on (set to Artic conditions) or off (hot and humid).
Location: Walking distance to the Taj Mahal.
This was a less than satisfying experience. The climate control system left much to be desired. The staff was accommodating in our desire to change rooms from a moldy basement room without windows to an upper floor room, however, the room overlooked a garbage dump. For this price category, this property under-performed. We enjoyed other properties elsewhere in India in the same category far more than this one.

Good PositionPosted Sep 26, 2013
Just an early morning stroll from the Taj Mahal a quiet hotel ( except when building renovations are in progress). Rooms are clean and are generally of good condition. Wifi can be restricted at times to public areas. Staff were helpful although a little aloof due mainly to language differences. Restaurant served tasty meals.
