Arete Perdido después de que entrarán a limpiar
Habitación 312 Sábado 12 Agosto 2023 4:00 PM El día sábado 12 dormí una siesta en la tarde, me desperté y dejé un arete de oro en la cama y salí a comprar comida, al regresar 30 minutos después habían entrado a limpiar el cuarto y el arete ya no estaba ni en la cama ni en la habitación. En mi ausencia entraron al mismo tiempo dos personas al cuarto, una mujer a limpiar que tendió la cama y tuvo que haber visto el arete y un hombre para fijar el porta toallas del baño. Pregunté en recepción si habían reportado el arete y me dijeron que no, me parece muy mal servicio que en 30 minutos se pierda algo tan valioso en un cuarto de hotel y que no me hayan logrado dar una solución. It was close to catching a cab or shopping. The air conditioner didn’t work in our room and they blamed it on the window in our room. We couldn’t use the tables down stairs to sit at and eat even tho there wasn’t a table or area in our room to do so. The reception wouldn’t call us a cab we had to walk down to the street. Some of the lights in our room didn’t work because they were burned out. No fridge in room or table and no iron. Remade our bed with the same dirty sheets every day that had spilled salsa on them from days before of not having a table in the room.

The rooms were hot and dirty. When asked to switch they accommodated the switch but the room was not good. There was hair the sink, the ironing board was broke, the iron was burnt, the safe did not work.

This hotel has seen better days. I saw mold in the bathroom, old carpets, elevators need renovating. They did not have basic courtesy toiletries or wine at the bar. And it was not exactly the cheapest option.

Nice, friendly stay
The hotel and it's staff were excellent, the only down side was there are railroad tracks nearby and trains do pass by at night.

Front desk staff is awesome! Housekeeping could use some customer service skills. We had to change rooms due to a leak that wet my husbands clothes. Parking isn't that great. Beds were comfy.

So practical
Quiet, clean. Reasonable bang for buck. Perfect for a business traveler that does not need gym, fancy breakfast or amenities. Good bathroom, clean bed. A little run down furniture. Location can be beat if you have a rental car and need to be close enough to airport and major highways.

I would stay here again
They screw up my reservation so I wasn't too happy, but staff was apologetic and somewhat helpful. Hotel is in decent condition, it is located in a mall area, you can walk around and excellent taco stand a block from the hotel. I would not recommend their restaurant as much, very slow and mediocre food. On the other hand, taco stand around the corner was awesome.

Hotel was adequate for the price, its bare bones but clean and the staff does their best to make your stay comfortable. Anyone looking for a reasonably priced hotel with some amenities should consider this place.

Not the most exciting place in the world but the rooms were clean, the staff was generally helpful and the price delivered fair value. Room did not have an iron or ironing board and there was a girl's soccer team that partied all night keeping the entire floor awake until 5am while the staff ignored their behavior but I kind of expect such things in a budget hotel. During the week I think this hotel delivers fair value for the price.

I really enjoyed the hotel room and service as well as the staff. I did not like the restaurant in the hotel. The service was poor and the food was not very appetizing. It was not worth the 110.00 pesos that was charged.

NOT so 4 star at all!!
First off the location of the Hotel was good. The hotel was pretty much located downtown which was nice since we drove around downtown a bit. Besides the location, I don't recommend this Hotel. My wife and I have traveled all over the world from India to Hawaii, and the rooms were not as clean as most "2 star hotels." The blankets and quilts were filthy and soiled with unknown white and nasty spots. The front desk was notified and they said the blankets would be changed. THEY WERE NEVER CHANGED!! The first room we had on the first night was right on the corner of the hallway, and right next to the elevators. All the traffic from people going by could be heard right through the thin hollow core door. The staff did move us to a different room, but it wasn't much better. They moved us up two floors but on the exact same corner as we were on the first floor. If you were looking for a relaxing nice restful time on their beds, good luck! The beds were the hardest beds I have ever slept on in my intire life. I ended up sleeping on the couch that was in the room and believe it or not, the couch was not any better. My poor wife who is pregnant had the worst time trying to sleep. The beds were so bad, she said her hips felt bruised from trying to sleep on her side. The hotel staff was notified about this and they said there was nothing they could do since all the beds in the hotel were the same. One evening we returned to the hotel from traveling out of the city. We wanted to just lay around, watch some t.v. and relax. Well that didn't happen! The cable was out for the whole day as well as the next day too. We did not have cable for 2 days and the staff said it was being worked on and would be restored shortly. The cable never came back on and by the second day, we left to return home. Thank God!!

The room was clean but it was not spacious at all. it was in a corner and we just had room to walk around. the room service was not great either, i requested 2 bottles of water and an iron at the front desk and it took about an hour to get it at the room. i felt i overpaid for this room. i would recommend this hotel if you are using it strictly to sleep and shower.
