Good Experience

Posted Jun 16, 2015
Pros: modern feel
Cons: wifi connection
Location: Shopping Eating Airport
Ideal location in-between airport and city centre, Located on Ashram road with all the other 5* hotels. A good attempt to give a modern feel to hotel with great hospitality. Good Indian/continental morning breakfast. Has a gym, spa and swimming pool which looked good but no time to use. Wifi was poor at times but apart from that would surely recommend.

Our trip was cancelled due to illness, but the hotel would not cancel our booking and we were very disappointed. I would never ever book through this website again

Disgusting !!

Posted Jan 3, 2015 on Hotels
The only pro I can think for this hotel is its proximity to the sabarmathi ashram and sabarmathi railway junction and its grand entrance. And now for the cons. - Untidy rooms. Our room had carpet and stains all over it. - washrooms were not cleaned well, we found match sticks on the bathroom floor. - The flush in the washroom was not working well , haven't seen a hotel of with this basic issue. - Our room had extra door, looks like it was a connected room. The door had no latch and just a key hole visible. God knows who had the keys! It is every insecure to sleep in a connected room with out a latch to lock it from our side. - Food : Another disappointment. They had a huge buffet spread and there was hardly anything that was done well. Every thing tasted like it was done by an amateur. This is by far the worst hotel I have been to and I hope not to see one.

Good hotel

Posted Nov 8, 2014
Pros: Location and overall services
Cons: Room maintenance
Though the hotel was good staff was helpful but denied the wifi service though mentioned on the voucher when asked the staff repeatedly they refused to provide the same the room which was provided was not properly maintained. However staff was helpful for providing other helps. The ID for all is must should be mentioned on the voucher it self.

Close to the city shopping areas and airport. Excellent choice of breakfast. Staff are very helpful. Quick check in and out. Rooms clean. One negative birds are homing in by the windows. Wish management can do something about it.
