Good location with major attraction are 5km away. Friendly staff. Good breakfast-fast. Although Wi-Fi net speed not good in room but in main gallery area is quite good. Recommended fully for family or single. ****

Not located in the city of Koblenz

Very strange stay at this bed and breakfast. We checked in and the owner promptly left the property before we even checked the room. We were the only people at the hotel and locked in without further assistance. Needed internet password but could not locate owner. Other guests showed up and I had to let them in and owner finally showed up. Very strange experience! On the upside, have to say that the restaurant directly across from the hotel was the best meal we had the entire trip! Had a fantastic dinner up high on their terraced roof! Breakfast at the bandb was okay. No air conditioning either.

Pros: Breakfast was reasonable
Cons: Where do you start
Very disappointed with the male staff member on check-in he was very rude. Shower rose was broken there was no soap to wash your hands with, towels were paper thin. Booked online and gave credit card details, when we checked in we were told that the price online was cash only and was told we would have to pay €25 more not impressed as we did not have much cash on us.

Pros: Price
Cons: New draperies would be nice. The hotel was clean and kept up to date except for the drapes. The breakfast buffet was not that good.
Location: Central Koblenz was only 10 minutes away by car but unfortunately the hotel was a bit far from where we needed to be.
The Mosel countryside was a beautiful area I didn't know about as I've only visited the Koblenz area from the Rhine side. The vineyards on one side of the road, the river on the other.

Convenient hotel just outside Koblenz

Posted Aug 26, 2013
Pros: Excellent breakfast.
Cons: Spruce the place up a bit, make it feel a bit more inviting and lively.
Location: Just a 10mn drive into the old town section of Koblenz, but more importantly many beautiful villages and castles to visit within 30mn drive.
Pleasant hotel on the banks of the Mozel river in the outskirts of Koblenz. Breakfast was. Excellent with a generous buffet with lots of options. The hotel restaurant was unfortunately closed but we ate out in the numerous beautiful villages in the surrounding vineyards along the river. The hotel decor feels a little faded, but it was a pleasant place for us to stay with our 5 year old daughter for whom a small bed was provided next to our double bed.
